The new manager was so rude. One of the workers made a mistake and forgot to screw the cover on the bottom of the car while getting the oil change. An hour after getting on the freeway my car began to drag the cover making a very loud noise. When I called the location the guys said to come back and they would fix it. I drove back and the so called manager did nothing to help the situation only made it worse. He began raising his voice and screaming at me. As a woman I was afraid. I was also alone. I'm so glad I made it out of there safely. I need to contact the better business bureau because I would hate if anyone else had to endure such fear after spending their money on a service. Be ware

I received service there and my oil pan was damaged. She told me I would have to wait a few hours for her to review the cameras, but all but assured me the problem was not their doing. She gave me every reason I was wrong BEFORE reviewing the situation. She later called me on the phone and denied my claim, speaking once again in a rude tone. Each time we talked she gave her own version of the story. Eventually their district manager called me and offered me a refund, but would not take responsibility for any wrong doing. I'm offended, hurt, and left with a damaged oil pan. I would absolutely not recommend this shop, or probably the Valvoline brand as a whole. Poooooor customer service. And even worse quality repair.

After picking up the repaired vehicle 5 days later, the transfer case failed catastrophically within 20 miles of highway driving (left me stranded on highway with drive shaft decoupled from the transfer case). Had the vehicle towed back to Fast Lane. They took 2 weeks to replace the transfer case (they said it was under warranty), but they refused to cover my towing expenses (less than $300). I called them multiple times and was told multiple times that their manager would call me back, but they never called me back. Grungy lobby, disorganized & cluttered shop space, poor customer service. I will not return to this shop and I cannot recommend.
