Best choice tire review Do not use if you have very nice rims. They damaged my Alcoa durabrite rims and they did not take responsible for their unprofessional work. Their tire machine scratched one rim with 8 spaced scratches, another with 4 spaced scratches. I did not pay them to damage my $3500 rims (6) during my first tire rotation of tires purchased here. Also their shop manager, Jay Russo, whom I purchased the tires from, did not inform me that lifetime rotation was not applicable to my Mercedes Sprinter RV with dualie. Thus I found out a year later that I would have to it for my rotations. I don't think I would have purchased my 6 Goodyear AT kevlar tires here. They also broke a sewer hose bracket $15 and their fingerprints (at least 6) were all over the trim. Definitely go to a Goodyear corporate tire shop, not just authorized shop, that would have taken responsibility for their actions. This whole situation has been a nightmare and you would expect a shop with great reviews to be more professional. Sadly they don't own up to their poor work nor contact you back. Don't know where to start. Had a tire and some minor repairs done. They seemed legit. Go elsewhere, they overcharge and don't do or check the work. They lie and tell you they do mechanical work there all the time and that's where they make their money. I should have run then. Overcharged for a oil change, then found out THEY NEVER DID THE OIL CHARGE. Luckily I checked it and it was dirty so I called him. Jay the manager has a very abrasive and rude attitude. Stopped in to check on car and Jay got heated at wife and I, yelling at us saying he didn't call us to say it was done. Had windshield fluid sprayer repaired and the driver side doesn't work, promised to fix it, they never did. No apology no making it right. Had a convertible top they charged me over 2 grand and it still doesn't work, said there is another part leaking but said if I got the part he would put it on for me, WITH NO CHARGE. Still charged me $150 bucks and said they were putting it up and down- LIE. Still not working at all. Goodyear Palm city on Martin downs rd got me. Don't let them get you. . They said they put hours of labor into fixing the top. Said his owners will get mad if he didn't charge me. He told me they can't figure it out. But when I agreed to let them do the work, Jay says they do them all the time. The top still doesn't work, funny thing I told him to get part and put it in. Never called me back. Randall sits at the front desk and screens his calls. I heard jay say to get his number and Randall gets on the phone and says he will call you back. A. He never asked for my number. B. Jay never returns calls That's when I bought a original part and then chastised me because I brought the part. Total BS. Charged me over $200.00 in labor to put on a mass airflow sensor that I provided. I bought one on eBay for 50 bucks- new one w warranty because I didn't want to spend over $200.00 for just the part. He has lied and price gauged me. I feel stupid and ripped off. All I can say is stay away from this place!!!! read more

Had two tires installed. The next day one went flat while I was driving (fortunately not on a highway). After two hours of inconvenience I found that they had improperly installed the valve. I cannot say enough about this Goodyear store. This was my second visit for a maintenance visit. I am a woman with a sick husband and now I am handling the things he use to do. I stopped in for an oil change and while they were working on my car they brought it to my attention that my tires were in very bad shape and physically showed me the tires. I decided to buy new tires at that time but worried that I might be away from home too long. They proceeded to get more men to help with the installation of the tires so I would be able to leave as soon as possible. Angel and Charlie were the men that helped me and they couldn't have been nicer. They do great work with a very friendly attitude. I feel they are honest and try to accommodate the customer. I am very happy to know I have a place to go nearby where I feel I can trust them. I would recommend this service center to anyone. read more

I have been a fan since they opened but I have to say I have grown to love them in the last week! I brought my car in for a minor issue that arose suddenly but had to be repaired before we left town that same day and they took care of it quickly. While I was paying, the manager mentioned that the test drive indicated I should replace my axel. It never occurred to me that the noise my car made and the truck like feel could be a repair issue. It just always seemed to be that way. I brought it back a week later and had two axels replaced. My Honda with 136,000 miles is now driving like a brand new car! Better than when it was new. The quality of work done is good. But the prices are high and they "yanked" me around on price and service. Slightly higher prices I don't mind, but I was quoted a price a price for a repair (after they looked at it) and the price changed when it was done. When I questioned a change in price on the phone, the price instantaneously dropped 10% as if it were a simple accounting error. Then, I told them I couldn't pick the car up till the next day and they demanded payment over the phone before I could even inspect. (I just assumed they'd pull the car into the garage bay overnight and I'd pay when I picked it up.) Also, the bill wasn't broken down into parts and service. A big no-no in my book. Exactly how many hours did you actually work on the car? Overall, the service was done, but 3 stars because of being yanked around. read more

Bought 4 new tires and had a front end alinement done there several months ago. Was having an oil change at another shop and the mechanic said that one of my front tires had a flat spot. With only 1800 miles on them that seemed strange. Took the car back to Goodyear and the service manager looked at it and said yup, it has a flat spot. He said the manager Mike would call me. Mike called and said okay we will order a new tire and I will call you when it comes in. A week goes by and I finally called him and he said you (meaning me) was supposed to call him. Lie #1. So I brought the car in this morning and it was like I never talked to him before...he said who said the tire was bad, I said your service manager. 10 minutes later he comes in and says their is nothing wrong with my tire, it is my rim that is bad. I said well if my rim is bad why did you put new tire on it? Mike said well we fired that guy. I said so what about my new tire, I will get a new rim myself. He said I can't give you a new tire because there is nothing wrong with the tire. Bottom line is he wanted to sell me a new rim and put the tire that had been on the bad rim and now worn as a result. The entire management team is new and the owner of this establishment is absentee which in my experience is never a good thing. read more

I called after hours with two deflated tires and Jay Russo, the store manager, not only took my call but stayed late with his technicians to fix my vehicle so I didn't have to change my travel plans for the following day. I retired from a National Automotive Tire and Service Company. Attention to detail is not at this shop in Palm City, you must check everything this shop does. If you get an tire alignment, take it another place you can trust to have them check it. All four tires were not pressurized the same. If they tell you they will call you soon, chances they will not, going on 4 weeks, no return call. read more

After spending just over $900 to have my car repaired, I noticed that it still wasn't working properly. After bringing it back to Goodyear to fix the two new problems, only one of them was fixed. I was reassured that the second problem could be fixed so I brought it back AGAIN. The part was "replaced" or at least I was told that it was. Turns out, they threw the new parts on top of the old ones and decided to fix the original problem without knowing how to do so. It ended up costing me an additional $700 to fix the problem that they caused while fixing the original problem. I would not recommend this shop to ANYONE. I was lied to multiple times and was reassured that the new problems I was having weren't too big of a deal and could be fixed when I felt like it. read more
