Absolutely garbage experience. Called and made a reservation (and was billed for a deposit) but was told the reservation didn't show up in the system. The rep told us they'd still hold the time for the appointment and to call again to verify. Called again and surprise, the reservation wasn't in the system and they hadn't saved the time for us. Set a new appointment. Showed up two days later for the appointment "nothing in the system." They also told me when I showed up that the tire I needed (which we had called TWICE about already) wasn't in stock and would need to be ordered. Wouldn't send my worst enemy here. Took it in for an oil change, rotate, balance and wiper blades. When i made the online appointment it stated that the rotate and balance are free. When i got to the shop i was told they do not do free balancing even though i bought the tires from that store. Was told since they are new they will balance them for free. Then the problem started. they stated they balanced them the best that they could and was told that 3 of the 4 rims were warped. Unit was shaking severally on the way home. Needed a second opinion and took i it a Goodyear dealer and they balanced them with no problem. truck rides a smooth as silk. I will never be back, they lost my business read more

This location had not been my location of choice. My location of choice was the Edgarce St location due to its location related to my home. On 9/22/23 I had a bad experience at Edgarce which I've issued a review. I went to the SE PSl location for a 2nd opinion. The store Rep, Daniel, examined my tires and almost immediately told me "I'm going to have to eat these tires". This was before I told him of my unpleasant experience at Edgarce. Daniel made phone calls and within 5 or 6 minutes advised me he's authorized to offer a full set of tires at 75% discount. New tires were installed, balanced and aligned. In my opinion this was exceptional customer service. Despite the fact this location is inconvenient, due to proximity to my home, this is the location I will do business with when I use Tire Kingdom. read more

It came out driving worst than when it went in and they had the balls to quote $1500 for a brake job. I went to St Lucie Tire and it was $160 including rotors. 4 hours for a tire patch!!! Incompetent people both in front and in shop. Can you believe that a tire shop does not know how to rotate tires??? I specifically told them what the car manufacturer said on the correct rotation procedure and had to show them in the car manual. Back to front and fronts crossed on back. Thank goodness I was watching from the side instead of sitting in the front room as the attendant was doing it wrong and I could stop him. Only 1 person with a brain in the shop and that was Shaq. Thank goodness he was there but he was running around trying to put out fires. He was able to explain to the shop worker how to rotate the tire and get me out of the shop. I was only in for a tire patch and they opened the hood to check the coolant level and left the radiator cap loose. What! read more

Husband went in for an appt for a "courtesy check" for a clunk in his suspension for 2:30. Arrived at 2:30. No other customers in the office and three "office" guys doing things on computers ignored him for 5 minutes. Finally one looks up and says "can I help you". Here for check for clunk noise. Garage looked empty. Waited until 3:00, and asked how long it will be? Finally one of the office guys (the manager), who could have gone out at 2:30 to test drive car, goes out to test drive car- husband says he wants to ride along. Mgr grumpily says he's not allowed to ride along (in his own car) during the test drive. OK fine. Mgr comes back from test drive, drives it onto a rack, and the lone mechanic in the place with very greasy hands starts pushing down on the bumpers, hood, trunk to check suspension, leaving black greasy paw print all over the freshly washed shiny white paint, then mechanic gets in car to test drive it too, putting greasy prints on the inner door handle, the leather shifter, and on the steering wheel. Total uncaring slob. Meanwhile the manager just stood there watching this mechanic paw up the car, and then he goes back into the office. The mechanic tells him he can't duplicate the noise while its on the rack so nothing to worry about it, and says they might want him to sign some paperwork in the office, and walks away, not even offering to clean up the huge mess he made on the car. Husband said it was a free courtesy check, shook his head and got in the car and drove away- not even wanting the mechanic to touch the car again for fear the careless slob might use something to clean it that will harm the paint. Husband said it was like they offered him a free courtesy check but were pissed at him for coming in for it, so they did everything they could to "punish" him for it. Totally uncaring people, Husband cleaned off all the greasy hand prints as soon as he got home, not wanting me to see it and get upset. Brought my car to tire kingdom for 2 tires and an alignment. Got car back and was told the toe out angle was off35 degrees. This is an enormously rediculous amount of angle! After work was done, i brought my ca to my regular mechanic, he showed me the outer tie rods were NEVER touched, noting bolt jam nut greased and yrs of dirt! These guys are outstanding! Twice in the past couple of years they have bailed me out with rental car issues. I had a cheap, FORD, small SUV with a slow leak. The idiots at Budget put this thing out with NO SPARE, NO DRIVE FLAT TIRES, and of course no OWNERS MANUAL. The tire had to be replaced BUT the tires on this crap are very hard to find and took 3 days to get. There was only ONE REPLACEMENT TIRE in the whole state! But James Diaz the Service Manager & John Ramos "JR" the Store Manager got it for me and promptly got my vehicle back on the road. Great guys, great store! read more

I have never received such helpfulness from any mechanic shop. I had such an unreal situation with my car where a previous mechanic put antifreeze fluid in my washer fluid tank and lets just say i was not a happy camper but when i brought this to gerado & john. I stopped using Tire Kingdom (TC) years ago, due to constant issues surrounding their work and appointment management, to where I had to start marking my tire to make sure they actually rotated them, as well as making sure valve stem caps and oil filler cap were replaced. Once they even forgot to replace two lug nuts and then couldn't find them! Fast forward 5+ years and I'm in the market for a new set of Michelin's, and it turns out TC has a sale that will theoretically save me $300. That all ended the day of install, when even though I was the first (and only) customer at 8am for tires and an alignment. It took them 2 hours just to finish my tires, and in the meantime decided to use the alignment rack to change the wheels and tires on a truck. After another hour of sitting around, the truck was still on the alignment rack, because they had the wrong lug nuts. Why not test that before you pull off all the wheels? And why tie up the alignment rack, when you have cars waiting on an alignment? So 3 hours into it, I finally had to ask what was going on, since no one was saying anything. Since they couldn't pull the truck off the rack, and were frantically calling around for lug nuts, I had to leave with only my tires. I was told to return on Monday at 9am for the alignment and was assured the alignment rack would be available. Guess what's on the alignment rack when I got there at 9am? Not an alignment, but rather another truck getting new tires! The manager told me his tech as "almost done" and I would be next, but after 30 minutes not a single wheel was back on the truck, nor did I even see anyone working on it, so I asked for my key back and left. Another hour wasted on driving and waiting, which made my tire purchase the most expensive option, when I went in thinking I was saving money. Now I'll have to go back to my Honda dealer for an alignment, which they could have done along with the tires, while I was there for an oil change, so add another hour wasted read more

From the moment I arrived at this Tire Kingdom the service was unacceptable. I opened a claim with General\Continental tires on March 30, 2019 because my tires reached 2/32 at 25,000 miles. In early April I went to Tire Kingdom and informed the representative I had an open claim with General\Continental to inspect my tires and submit a claim on the tread depth. He looked at me like I had 3 heads. He appeared to be very confused about my request and said we don't sell General\Continental tires. I then asked if Tire Kingdom is a distributor for General\Continental? He replied "oh yes we are". So he proceeded with the inspection and confirmed tires are at 2/32. A week later I called tire kingdom for a status of my claim and was told still waiting for response. Another week passes I was told yes, General\Continental will honor 40%. I said great, please order the tires as my tires are pretty bad. So for the third week I didn't hear back. A month later I call and the person I'm dealing with is on vacation. I asked if someone else can check into this case and they said it would be best to wait for the person who is handling this, I replied okay I'll call back. Now we are on week 5, I called and asked for said representative and was told he was at lunch, should be back in a hour, no worries I'll call back. An hour later I call back was told the person was still at lunch should be back in 15 minutes. No problem I'll call back again. At this point I'm pretty upset. So I finally get in touch with the only person who can handle this case. Immediately placed on hold, after 5 minutes another person picks up the line and asks how they can help. I explain the situation and this person didn't really appear to care and places me on hold and then the original person answers. So I ask the status of my tires and this is where it really gets crazy. They state they can get me into another tire Nitto. I reminded the representative that I have a credit with General\Continental and was told going with Nitto would be cheaper. Now I'm really angry because that doesn't make sense. I feel they are trying to cheat me for my claim with General\Continental tires. I stated please get me the general tires. A few weeks later I'm told they only have 1 tire and it's going to take a long time to find the other 3. Now we are about two months into this claim and I'm still on the same tires that are past due. If Tire Kingdom is a distributor of General\Continental why are they trying to sell me another tire, not to mention I have a 40% credit towards new tires. I called and stated my concern with General\Continental and they weren't happy to hear that. They directed me to a more reputable tire store. Please be careful when dealing with this location. I am hoping management/corporate will correct this egregious error on the part of Tire Kingdom. I plan to publish this review in all available outlets and to escalate this matter to the BBB and beyond. read more

This location is an outright scam. I've been a mechanic for over 20 years and they tried telling me they couldn't repair my tire because it was "all dry rotted and from 2014". Problem for them is, the DOT code on these and the install date are both 2017 and there not a single crack or evidence of dry rot to be found. I might be inclined to think they were just inept if it wasn't for the other service writer trying to scam a female customer right before me saying they couldn't repair her tire because they were worn out and all 4 needed replacement. Additionally when I tried telling the service writer the real date was 2017, he pretended he couldn't hear me, just like a little child does. Very disgusting and very sad that this type of fraudulent activity still exists! I went down the street to a reputable shop and had my tire repaired.
