My Tesla got a flat tire and Goodyear was up the street from my house, so I called them to see if they can help me out with a plug, but they did not have the right type of a lift equipment for a Tesla, and let me know that right away. read more

I am so happy to find my new "go-to" auto shop for everything! These guys are honest, friendly and get the job done with reasonable time and cost. I had an aftermarket upgrade (coliovers) that numerous other shops declined to take on. I happened to drive by Quality Auto Service & Tires and called in hopes that they would take on the project. To my delight, they accepted. Within the same day I brought my car in, these guys handled the install, height adjustment and an oil change in only 5-6 hours! I have returned to Quality Auto a third time for service on my vehicles. Every time is a very positive experience. My Ford F150 needed brakes/calipers/pads/hoses all the way around, front and rear. It was in the shop Monday morning and out the same afternoon, with very little notice to them I might add. This Service center is like having your own experienced pit crew. They are fast, professional and extremely reasonable on the cost of repairs. I cannot say enough about this shop, they have earned my repeat business by working hard, honestly and efficiently. Not a fan of this place! Took my truck in awhile ago for an oil change and tire rotation. When I left i was told there was a lug nut missing. Odd, I thought but okay. I left, bought another one and replaced it and in doing so, i noticed my tires and it looked like they weren't moved. I went back 4 months later for the same thing, but this time I marked one of my tires. When I left i looked at the tires and went back into the office because it confirmed my suspension, they didn't do a tire rotation but led me to believe it had been done. They gave me some story "you don't really need to rotate often (or some crap). So when my truck needed the next oil change I decided to do it myself. Low and behold, I found that they didn't put the recommended oil filter size on my truck last time. I probably wouldn't be an EX customer if they were transparent, but the sneaky deception is not right in my mind. Thank you for your replay, condescending as it may be. If you would have read my entire post, you would have learned that my issue had nothing to do with the lug nut; it was merely a explanation to my experience. The real take home, had to do with the inability to be honest and treat customers with dignity and respect; as you showcased in you reply. Also, please keep your "4 important remarks", because as a truck driver, I am completely aware of what a tire rotation is and the fact the primary weight of most vehicles are supported by the front two tires. But what I would suggest you do in the future, is not talk down or around your customers when you feel a service they request is unnecessary, and actually take them out and show them what you mean, as to minimize confusion. Because if you HAD done this, I would have pointed out that the inside of the two front tires were extremely low thread, and the back ones were't, which is why I recently had them replaced. As for the oil filter, yes I am aware that the threads are not interchangeable. However, I purchased the same brand put on at your place, but the size that was recommended for my vehicle and it was longer, almost 25% longer. So NO, I will not come by for "you to buy me a 2 dollar lug nut" (but you charge $9.50 for) because I have found someone that can do the things I either can't or, more realistically don't want to do on my vehicle. Someone that exceeds you in professionalism and customer service, as this person has honesty and integrity. I will also mention that since we share the same neighborhood, I have not been shy about sharing my experience and opinions about your business practices to our neighbors, so I am glad you were able to reply, so others can clearly see how you speak to your customers. Furthermore, I find it disturbing that you were able to access your "notes" on my vehicle from almost 2 years ago at 6pm, when your office closes at 4pm. So if you can please remove my information from your database, because I will NEVER return. And I suggest readers of this post seek alternate car service as well. read more

I took my truck in to replace a timing belt and water pump which is recommended every 60,000 miles. 16 months and 12,000 miles later I was out of town when my water pump gave out which cause my timing belt to move and my engine to cease working. I immediately called shop and they said I could bring truck in and they would look at it My problem was I was 200 miles away and I already knew what the issue was since I had two shop where I broke down look at it. I wanted to know if they would stand by the work they had done and fix my engine Their answer was no because two months after work was done, shop was sold to new owner He would NOT take any liability for work done by previous owner . I'm sorry, what? Buyer beware just because same sign was there doesn't mean warranty gets transferred. These people are wolves in sheeps clothing. It ended costing over $6,000 to get engine rebuilt with towing 200 miles, car rental for 3 weeks and other expenses. I don't know it they are using after market parts, all I know is that I would never use this shop again read more

Honest, Fast and reliable service. I had a nail in my tire this morning and needed a place to quickly plug it. I stopped in they were super friendly. I needed some other work done, ie a EGR valve replaced and service. They were quick to accommodate me, no up-sales of any type. They even rotated my tires free of charge. I would not hesitate sending any of my friends or family to their shop. I know that they will not be taken advantage of. I brought my 90 year old father in a private airplane to Phoenix to be with my mother who is undergoing cancer treatment. I rented a Toyota minivan to make it easy to transport my parents. On Friday I bumped a curb with the left front wheel which resulted in a flat which could not be repaired. The rental car agency dispatched Toyota roadside service who installed the mini, which is limited to 50 MPH and no highway driving. They were also out of rental cars for the weekend. I looked up tire stores near my hotel, and Quality Auto Service & Tires came up. I used Yelp to contact the owner Hamza early Saturday. He was great, gave me a good price on a replacement tire, and had it installed by 1:00PM. I had to get new tires put on, an alignment, and even some work done under my car which was supposed to take 3 days to complete! Quality Auto made sure that it was done the same day the parts arrived and I received a call the next morning saying my car was complete! The only reason why I gave this place 4 stars instead of 5 was merely because I was quoted on tires that I wanted but then when went back a couple days later, they were going to cost more due to shipping! The tires needed to be paid for by me before they were shipped. I ended up just getting better tires, but all in all I will go back here for service. A job well done! read more
