Brought in my car for leaking coolant. They charged me 850$ and then returned the car to me. It immediately overheated and they had it towed back to fix the issue. Then they gave it back and the transmission was rubber banding. Basically they told me it's not their work and told me good luck. I don't have the resources or anything so I can only accept it. Maybe it's a wild coincidence. Just beware going to this place. They will destroy your vehicle. I ended up having to trade my car in so I could have something that worked. I didn't get much for it... '14 Dodge Charger R/T 5.7 68,000 Miles. Previous shop (Greulich's) quoted me for a replacement engine after it overheated, due to a failed heater hose. CCC got me back on the road for a fraction of the price. Replaced Head gasket, machined heads, and replaced my heater hoses. Friday before heading to the Diamondbacks vs Dodgers game my neighbor knocked on my door to tell me my front tire is flat. I looked at it, hooked up a tiny inflatable pump to it and could only get 25 lbs in it, I called Firestone Complete Car Care center up the road, spoke to Jordan and he said come in right away. I pulled in, bit worried since their parking lot was Full and I could see the 6 bays were as well, began to think This might take all day and there goes the game. Jordan and another gentleman were behind the counter big smile and friendly greeting. Got some info from me, took my keys and said they'd be with me soon. 15 minutes later he said they were all done and truck was ready. My bill was $18 ! Man, that is quick awesome service at an amazing price! I'd use these guys again and recommend them to anyone for service. I took my recently purchased Buick La Cross in with a flat tire. The puncture was in the side wall of the tire and was not repairable. CENTRAL CAR CARE TREATED ME FAIRLY AND PROFESSIONALLY AND I'D LIKE EVERYONE TO KNOW IT!!!! They could have sold me VERY expensive tires as replacements ($250.00 per tire). Instead they told me to take the car back into the dealership and have them repair the tire under warranty. I didn't even know that was an option. I took the car in and sure enough the Dealership replaced the tire free of charge. Central Car Care treated me so kindly and respectfully, I can't even believe it. Then, I had a battery problem and I asked them about it and they checked it for free. I have an old Blazer, so they have repaired many worn out parts. I will leave a review about two aspects of this business. First, their waiting room is fantastic, a flat screen, many magazines and a pop a shot basketball hoop. But it being a mechanic, the most important is the honesty and transparency. I took my car in for a new battery. I had gone on vacation, left my car out in the blazing sun of the Sky Harbor parking lot and it drained. I jumped it at my house and drove it in the dealer which was about 20 miles away. They told me I needed new belts (which I do) and a new alternator. I know there was no way I could drive my car from the airport and then to this dealer if my alternator was out. I then went to work and ran the most common alternator test to check it and it turned out to be fine. So the bottom line, they lied and told me I needed a new alternator ($260 + labor) when I did not. read more

As a young man I was treated with little to no respect when I came in. I stated what the problem with my car was (I would have fixed it if only I had the equipment) then I was told that I was wrong and had no idea what I was talking about. I was told to then wait. They did not tell me how long, what they were doing, or even ask for my approval to go ahead and let them fix it. They replaced the part that I knew had worn out. Every interaction I have had with whoever runs the front desk has been horrible, he constantly belittled me, talked down to me, and refused to tell me what they were doing to my car until it came time to pay them. If they do not respect their customers, in my opinion, they cannot be trusted with my car. Two weeks later the same part broke because it was installed incorrectly. I WOULD NOT TRUST THEM WITH MY BICYCLE. read more

I had read all the Yelp reviews and purchased a Groupon for an oil change from Central Car Care. I am very disappointed. The actual experience was great during the service. One of the workers made coffee for me and the lounge area was nice for a car shop. I was advised that my truck needed a water pump, belts, and an alignment which I got done elsewhere due to a better cost. I think they were upset that I turned down the additional service because a week after the oil change I found out that none of my fluids had been topped off, that my battery and alternator were almost dead (no one bothered to check the battery at all during a 16-point inspection), and that my oil change gauge had not been reset. I would not go back to this shop. read more
