I will never go to goodyear again because this experience. when they call me tell me about the price fix my car is $340... after tax is $370 something... i went over there with my $40 off coupon.... they told me the total after coupon is $369... do u think i am three years old kids don't know how to count? or you think i did not hear what u said about the price at first place? I was told over the phone that some parts needed to be replaced in order to have my car pass inspection. I told them to replace the parts. $312.00 later the car passes inspection. After I leave I test out the new parts and come to find out my car is doing the same thing. I was also told my car was old. I am a loyal customer of Goodyear Tire Center. I had a tire replacement with them a few months back and they were very professional and courteous in every aspect. I am now getting my oil changed and the service is beyond compare. Somewhat good service. Had my starter replaced there but when I picked up my vehicle I noticed that my Apple Ear Pods were stolen. They have thieves working there! Now I can only hope they replaced the car starter with an new original and not a refurbished. Will never go back! read more

I just went to get my yearly inspection for my truck. I waited an hour before my truck was even brought into the bay to be inspected. Finally about 30 mins after it was brought it the inspection was done. I paid the fee and went to leave. As I exited the shop I didn't see my truck anywhere. I then looked in the bay and it was still in there. I stated I had paid and asked if I could take it out. I was told yes. As I backed out I noticed the check engine light was now on. Prior to me bringing my truck in no such light was on. I stopped and got out and informed the worker that my light was not on when I arrived but now it was. He stated he thought it was on the entire time and said he could run a diagnostic for $85.00. I said no it wasn't on before and now it was. He said he didn't do anything but check the tires. I thought inspections were that "inspections" you check everything and document what you see. I'm very upset about my experience and will not be going back! Your vehicle should be returned to you in the same condition you brought it in as, and if not you should be taken care of. He could of at least ensure he didn't bump anything while doing the so called inspection. read more
