This place is new. Pull up to kiosk, choose your wash, pay, pull up and a human helps you steer onto the tracks correctly, drive through at the end there is a dry time and then you leave. I paid for the $12 wash (a wash above the basic). I was mainly worried about getting my front windshield clean due to traveling in for vacation. I went through once and it was like my windshield wasn't even touched. None of the bug guts were gone, and more importantly, you could still see the dirt line from where the windshield wipers go back and forth. I went back around to tell the gentleman and he said my car was just too dirty and that's what I get for getting the basic wash...But I did not get the basic wash. I barely rubbed my finger across the windshield and my finger was dirty. He put me back through and I noticed the top machine wasn't working so it didn't do anything to the top side of my car other than basically rain over it. The guy was rude and laughed. This business has been going downhill for awhile but it's been deteriorating faster since it was taken over by Take 5. The price has gone up and we're getting less value. I opened the cover to my sunroof to watch and the brush never lowered to clash the roof of my car. It doesn't stop there: caps to the blowers at the end are mostly gone on the left side and the light at the end which lets you know it's safe to move forward no longer works. To make matters worse, there's practically no suction on the vacuums. I won't be back. read more

Doctor suds is a below average car wash. After a 7.50 wash it did not get car clean. I had an appointment so I was pressed for time. After closely examining car it was worth maybe 2.00. I believe I will go with a custom detailing places. Will not return I will do it by hand or spray wash. read more

Good place for a car wash, however!!! It's not what I expected. The website said full service, and the signs over the entryway say full service. It's not. You run through a car wash, then you can use their vacuums and rags and spray to clean the inside of the car. Very nice setup, and it got our car clean on the outside; the vacuums worked, but noticeably weak suction when there were more than five cars. After they left, it got much better. read more

It's usually fine, but this is the second time I've visited where I'm stuck in the machine in my car. The first time the machine broke while I was in middle of cycle. This time the car in front of me starts honking frantically , all employees (all teenagers) go And turn machine off . I have paid and was next up to go through the machine. So now I'm stuck.So far, it's been about 8 minutes. 10 mins later still sitting. No one has come to speak to me or any of the cars behind me. read more

I paid for the top service $20, Bugs we not removed. Rims were not clean. No tire shine. Vehicle did not get buffed and dried. Water spots. The mirrors were folded in and of course the mirrors are still dirty. No one present when the vehicle exits the wash, so driver has to park and fold mirrors back out. I guess that is when the customer is expected to clean the mirrors that they paid them to do. Service list says super scent. I assumed that meant the interior, but no. Don't understand what the intent of scenting the outside. I wanted the interior service, when I asked about it. The attendant said they don't offer it. They do have an area labeled Full Service and the service is listed as available on the website. read more

Terrible customer service! So I told the attendant I only needed a basic wash, since it was rainy and overcast. I just wanted to get the highway bugs off the grill area and remove the bird droppings so I asked if they had a spot free rinse. He told me not for a basic wash only the $15/$20 price. I went through for the basic wash and it looked the same coming out. They could have at least scrub the grill a little bit. Don't recommend them and I won't be back! read more

My car was washed at the dealership and they left hard water spots all over. I stopped at Doctor Suds but I couldn't decide which wash to purchase. The attendant immediately noticed I needed some assistance. He came over and helped me choose the correct wash to remove my water spots (I believe it was the basic wash). He further explained that I needed to dry the car soon after exiting. I was pleasantly surprised to hear they provide free microfiber towels and windex along with free use of vacuums and a foot mat cleaner. The attendant stated they also had other products for sale in their vending machine but all the free items was all I needed. Soon after exiting the washer I parked in their covered drying area and began to dry my car off. I noticed all the water spots were gone just from the wash but to be safe I continued to dry. As I was drying the attendant came over and asked if the wash was successful. He stated I could run the car through again, if necessary. There was no need for a second wash. My car came out great the first time. This facility was neatly kept and seems to have plenty of patrons who already know what a gem this place is to the neighborhood. read more

RIPPED OFF!!!! I stopped in on Friday 3/3/17 (Car #335 at 1103) and paid for the full service, inside and out. But when I finished riding through the wash the full service was closed. I approached the kids working and they said they could help me or do a refund since you have to pay in advance at a machine. The overall quality of the wash was lacking and without the personal touches of the full service I paid for it was a total waste of both my time and money. There was no manager onsite and I had places to go. So buyers be warned and look elsewhere. read more

They are extremely rude, and according to the mgmt, are NOT family friendly. It is NOT in their business plan to take care of vehicles that are actually really dirty, they are there really just for your "business " type clientele. If you do come back they are very quick to remind you of that. I would love another car wash to come in and put them out of business. They are very snobby for some reason, which is really funny because they are not that great to begin with, and if they ran their business like this in other parts of the country, let's say the West, they would definitely be out of business. This please wasn't the best place to go. My husband and I want my new car to get detailed. We go and buy our car to get washed and then went to get the interior done by the employees.. They later said we couldn't get our interior done Because we didn't pay for it and because it was in the managers promotion only. Nowhere in the system did it say interior work done on any of the selections or managers promotion... Its a ripoff. We are never going there again. And we love localy. I chose the $20 Manager's Special and I believe it is the worst automated car wash I have ever received. My car actually looked better before they washed it. I assumed it was clean when I left the car wash but when I got on the interstate I was shocked at my rear window. It looked as if I had drove through a mud hole. Had I not been on the Interstate I would have turned around and demanded a rewash. There are spots all over the car. If you use them make sure you examine your car before leaving the place. As for me I will just have to try somewhere else to clean off what they left on my car. read more

The customer service is horrible and they have no willingness to help. I stopped by and decided to get the managers special carwash one morning and was refused the interior portion of my car service. Due to the fact that it was not 12pm.they offered no refund of the additional 12$ that they say the interior costed and I didn't recieve it. I came by the next day and I really just wanted interior done because my car was already clean and I had my son and daughter in the car with me we had some place to be and I thought we would leave an hour early to get this done. I payed for a $20 carwash on accident but was still willing to pay an additional 12$ to get the interior done. I asked if it would be okay to add it and they said if I didn't pay for the managers special option they wouldn't. I was willing to pay the differences in the services and they still refused. I recommend strongly if you are visiting this place to choose your options carefully or go somewhere else. I'm done with them I will not be back. read more
