As an adult, I keep track of my appointments and dont want to be infantilized. If you don't confirm an appointment by the time they want, they will cancel your slot and make you an 'anytime appointment'. I understand needing a schedule, but I really dont like threats. Additionally, they just didn't show up for an appointment they pestered me about and when i contacted them at 6pm, i got an 'oopsie' reply from a third party person who said i'd be contacted by the office. That was several months ago so.... All in all I just didn't appreciate how I was treated.

I was able to schedule an inspection right away, and the gentleman who came explained different options to humanely remove the raccoon and prevent any other critters (including field mice and roof rats) from getting to the house. Based on the services I selected, they came back several times to repair the eaves, seal up possible points of entry on the roof and around the foundation, set rodent traps in the attic and garage, and sanitize the attic. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly friendly and polite, communication was exceptional, and pricing is very reasonable, especially given the high quality of service. We feel the amount should have been adjusted to the gravity of the situation in our the attic. They are still running around out backyard and we know it's only a matter of time before they will be back in the attic (or else they would not push for a warranty extension).

We tried everything. Coaxing him out with food & treats. All the usual stuff that typically works for our DOMESTICATED animal and NOTHING. We feared the worst since we could not get him to respond. We thought he was stressed, dehydrated and too weak to get himself out from wherever he was. After trying to seek help from our local animal control, vet AND fire department with no advice, we turned to AAAC. Christian was fantastic. He came out with his partner and was kind, patient, knowledgeable and very hardworking. He had a very calming presence which kept us from spiraling and assuming the worst. He communicated with us well (we were on vacation ourselves!) and kept us updated on all of the progress. They were also so sweet with our little kids who were at home. Christian and his partner were in our attic for approximately two and a half hours, crawling through insulation then ultimately used their thermal equipment to locate Mowgli. My husband and I genuinely felt like these guys were committed and went out of their way to help us in an emergency situation. We agreed on a price and scheduled a date/time. On the day of, he showed up early. After explaining the situation, he needed to get a ladder and did not take long to come back with one. He placed the squirrel trap with bait on the second floor in no time. The squirrel smelled the bait and triggered the door shut when it was on top of the cage. Texted Tom that the door was shut and he came out that same evening to reset the trap. Early next morning I texted Tom there was a squirrel in the cage, and he quickly responded that he would come over to it up. Trapper Tom is very personable and explains what he is doing and what will happen. This whole experience was stress free. I will definitely call on him if we need him.

We called them for an inspection after a roof repair a few years ago, and they came right out. We lost our contact and missed a couple of inspections. In June we heard a noise and called the office. We discussed the warranty issue, paid for the inspection, and they quickly sent out Raul to perform an inspection. During the inspection, Raul found a recurring problem area where the flashing pulled up at a roof return. He made the repair and set traps. Raul came out a few days later, and all was clear. Omega performs quality work and honors their warranty. I suggest that when you use them that you put an annual reminder in your calendar to schedule annual inspections.
