We ultimately chose to part ways for this reason. I auto pay everything. The auto payment was down for six months. I wasn't able to access my online account and I had to call to pay for my bill. When I called to inquire whether this was gonna be resolved, the woman who I spoke to replied with, "I don't know". It was clear that she did not care either because I want to ask her to please take the payment and cancel our service. Her reply was, "OK". No I'm sorry.
