Don't bother with this establishment the old man in the front I'm guessing the owner sold me a…read moreuseless lawnmower he hassled a bit to get it going that should've been a red flag already and even the crossing lady at the corner told me to double check it that was 2 red flags. I didn't know anything about lawnmowers so I just bought it, when I got down to cutting the grass it was just flattening it and almost blew my back out using it of how hard it was but thought that's how cutting grass was. I used it 3 times till someone told me it was just flattening the grass and not cutting it. So about a month later I went back to let the old man know and he said he didn't sell me that lawnmower because he doesn't set his blades the way they were setup and because he didn't remember me, I tried explaining him when I went but he denied it I realized he was an old man not worth arguing with I was so upset I told him to keep his garbage he sold me and I left and left it there with him. If you buy from this place I suggest getting a receipt or don't buy from this man again. This happened last year.

They showed up 45 min past the window they said they would (close to when I had to pick up my son from school) and the man was very rude. (I don't expect to be yelled at by a man shouting "what do I do?" I was very confused by his question and thought he couldn't see the gate.). The snow was what confused him apparently. He said he wouldn't deliver and needed two guys and that office would call me to reschedule. It has been 10 days. No word from them. I am not comfortable using them anymore.
