I have been a loyal Whole Foods customer for years, regularly purchasing flowers and groceries, which makes this situation especially upsetting. I recently purchased flowers for my mother, only to have them wither the very next day. My mother was upset, and I contacted the store to resolve the issue. When I spoke with a manager named Mia (possibly spelled Mya), I was told to "bring pictures of the flowers." I found this request insulting and unnecessary -- particularly because she was the one who rang up my purchase and because I have built a consistent, professional rapport with her as a regular customer. Being asked to "prove" the issue felt dismissive and accusatory, as if my integrity were in question. When I returned to the store for a replacement, I was told that I had not been charged for the flowers in the first place -- an error made by the store. Manager Josh then stated that "associates make mistakes all the time." While I understand that mistakes happen, what concerned me was the lack of accountability and the complete absence of any meaningful customer consideration. Despite the inconvenience, the poor product quality, and the disrespectful interaction I experienced, I was not offered a discount, an even exchange, or any gesture of goodwill. To make matters worse, during this visit I purchased additional flowers and an orchid at full price. Even then, no one made any effort to acknowledge the situation beyond repeated apologies. Apologies without action do not resolve the issue, nor do they demonstrate that my loyalty or business is valued. A customer who has been inconvenienced, insulted, and sold a defective product deserves more than empty apologies. Respect is shown through action -- whether that is a discount, a replacement without interrogation, or a simple gesture that acknowledges the customer's experience. As the saying goes, "People don't care unless they know you care." At this point, I did not feel cared for, valued, or respected. In the movie Jerry Maguire, the famous line "Show me the money" became iconic because it represented proof, not promises. I am asking Whole Foods to show me -- through action, not words -- that my business matters. If this is not something your store can demonstrate, then I will take my loyalty elsewhere and make my concerns known. The bag had to be torn open because you could not access the zipper as a result. The baggers overstuff the thin and cheap plastic bags which tear as a result. The two women who primarily work the customer service counter are rude. The store does not adequately stock sale items. Many expired items can be found throughout the store. Due to the small size of the store, shopping carts were moved outside to create more display space......not a good idea when it rains....

The deli case is massive, and there's a wide variety of cheeses complete with samples so that you can try them all. They sell both hot and cold food in the deli section. Their chicken tenders are good, but I'd skip the wings. The deli salads section is like a full aisle, including the basic coleslaw and potato salad, but including a bunch of dessert salads and jellos as well. I recommend the Strawberry Cloud, which is about $1 for a small container. I love their new organic/healthier aisle. They now carry my favorite brand of yogurt, Greek Gods, and almond flour, which makes it easier for me to make my beloved macarons. It's always clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful and the prices are pretty standard grocery prices. The only real issues that I have here are with ice cream, and it's been this way for years. Whether I buy Popsicles or ice cream, it is always obvious that there have been temperature issues in the store. The ice cream is usually weird and icy, and the Popsicles deformed. I also love that they have a sushi bar now.
