Do they realize customers don't like pushing a cart around? Do some data analytics on that for customer experience. Not to mention, the carts take up literally the whole aisle. And don't get me started on those stupid things with other products on it within the aisle that you have to maneuver around -- I think they have enough space on the shelves since most of the time it's empty... While I poke fun at the empty shelves, I do feel like this giant eagle at least has more stuff and it's bigger in nature. While it's not the greatest grocery store in the world, I'll take my shopping experiences here rather than the Avon Lake one.

If it's such a problem being polite and doing your job without rolling your eyes , breathing heavy, and the redness on the regular, from the last who is named Tiny. If she doesn't like her job then she should quit, and if it's just a personal thing and she hates everyone. Regardless. If her attitude does not shape up, I'll find a new store to do all my shopping at. I live literally right next door, but it is not even worth the convenience of being so close to have to get the attitude. I manage a local restaurant and deal with customers that are sometimes hard regularly, and never is it okay to give these attitudes. Your company should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this attitude to go on so much. I have spoken to someone about he before and they say that's just how she is..... Maybe it's time you change that and ask your staff to start being polite and just do their jobs. You have until new years to fix this issue or I'll shop elsewhere.
