One item they sent FEDEX for $22.64 when it could have gone USPS for $11.60. Another was sent via USPS Ground Advantage for $22.86 but should have been $15.10 and the other they charged $47.64 when it should have been $27.80. The total they charged me was $93.14 when I would have paid $54.50 at the Post Office. I can see an upcharge for their service but almost $40 for just pasting labels on three boxes is uncalled for!

We paid $197.05 to ship it back home and was told by a female supervisor that it would require additional air packing on both sides of the frame, and we agreed with her. The female clerk ringing up the transaction did not know what she was doing and had to ask for assitance multiple times. I asked the clerk multiple times before leaving and she reassured me that the additional air packing would be added to the box, to ensure the item would be packaged appropriately and arrive intact. We received the package yesterday and the frame is scratched and damaged, the glass all shattered. When we opened the box the air packing that we were promised WAS NOT inside the box, hence why the frame was not only shattered but the shattered glass also scratched up the custom frame. I called the store directly this morning and initially spoke to Jimmy. Jimmy, you were very pleasant, this review has nothing to do with you. He told me the owner would contact me and he did. What is REALLY disturbing is that from the moment I answered my phone the owner was yelling at me, berating me, and blaming me for the damaged item. First of all, you are a business owner, act like one. He DID NOT AT ALL listen to what I was trying to explain to him regarding the fact that the frame was not packaged with the proper packing. All he did was argue with me and did not offer any assistance towards a solution to this problem at any time during this phone call. I cannot believe that owners like him get away with such behavior, lack of professionalism, and still run a business. Why am I doing this review? So other people do not experience what we did. Choose wisely before doing business here. Yes, it is a fragile item and I run a risk in shipping it. However, this is their business and this is what they do on a daily basis. They failed to include the air packing, the box was not tagged with "Fragile" stickers, which ultimately resulted in my frame being damaged and shattered. The owner failed to even admit that, let alone take responsibility for it.

Spoke to Dianne, the owner, who was very personable, and knew her stuff. It was a matter of days and the truck arrived. Tom and his assistant Wayne got the job done. It wasn't easy to get the previous post out due to a huge amount of concrete. We are very pleased with the results. The house number will be arriving soon. Have no hesitation in hiring this company.
