I cannot say enough about Karime and Aieta. The WiFi is strong and fast. There are some amenities like exercise equipment and business office (with printers and shredders). Coffee and popcorn every day. There are laundry machines and they are commercial type machines in two sizes. Karime makes sure that people are informed about what's happening at the park, especially with the different food trucks that come in to sell. Many people use this park as home base while they are receiving treatment from one of the many hospitals in the Houston area. The park is very convenient to nearby restaurants and shopping. I previously stayed at a different nearby park, but after staying at Southlake, Southlake is my new go to park.

We've been plotting our way around Texas in our RV in a quest to visit all of the railroad museums in the state. Bay RV Park was a gem with spacious sites, clean facilities and nice people. The site is about 15 minutes away from the Dickinson Railway Museum and 30 minutes from the Galveston Railroad Museum which was just perfect for us! Both museums were delightful and we even managed to take in some of the historic house tours on Galveston Island. The park manager, Tina, removed us from the system and reassigned our PAID and ACTIVE RV site while we were temporarily away at the Houston Rodeo trail ride. Her explanation? An email was allegedly sent, and because there was no reply, she assumed we had moved out. Silence is not confirmation. In professional property management, an unanswered email does not justify removing paying guests from occupancy records. You verify departure. You call. You document confirmation. You do not displace active guests based on assumption. We check our email regularly. There was no email. Even if there had been, failure to respond does not authorize forfeiture of a paid site. We returned to find ourselves displaced. The most concerning part was the lack of accountability. Instead of acknowledging a management error, the justification was treated as sufficient. When occupancy control is this loose, it raises serious concerns about operational standards and guest security. We will not return.

We had to deal with her personally, she is extremely RUDE and disrespectful. Once she leaves (soon) and stops making us feel uncomfortable since she is our neighbor we will really feel at home here!! This place is nice, clean and new. As for price, it is the cheapest you can find with the amenities they provide such as a nice and clean laundry room, concrete pads and a pond for fishing. Everyone else at the park is extremely friendly, people take daily walks with their pets and stop by to greet each other. The environment is friendly and welcoming.
