I needed…read morethem to come to my house where I have my RV so they could show me how to properly use the dump station that my husband had set up in our RV garage. He did all the routine RV maintenance, and since he recently passed away, I needed to understand what maintenance was critical and also to learn how to carry out routine upkeep on the RV. I also had noticed a regular beeping sound, but didn't know where it was coming from. Chris found out it was the LPG detector and removed it, letting me know it was past its prime and needed to be replaced. He also noticed that the drain hose for the black and grey water tanks had a leak. And even more critical, he noticed a bulge in one of the 12-Volt batteries and recommended its replacement Chris was patient with all my questions and offered much needed information for areas that I didn't even know what questions I should ask! I look forward to taking my RV to Peace of Mind's business site to have the necessary work done when the parts are in, and I'm sure I will be a regular customer for routine maintenance in the future. It really gives me peace of mind to know experts are taking care of my RV! 5 stars to Chris and Peace of Mind!

Disappointing Experience Due to Misrepresentation and Terrible Customer Service…read more After conducting an extensive search across the western United States for our Cougar travel trailer, we selected RV Corral in Eugene, Oregon based on their competitive pricing and assurances regarding specific equipment specifications. Throughout our pre-purchase communications, I made multiple inquiries via phone and email to verify the trailer's features, particularly requesting confirmation of the air conditioning unit's model number. The sales team repeatedly verified these specifications, including a final confirmation before our 14-hour drive to complete the purchase. Upon arrival and inspection, we discovered that the air conditioning unit installed was not the upgraded model we had specifically verified and factored into our purchase decision. Despite having documented email correspondence confirming the correct specifications, we were presented with a different AC unit than what was promised. Initially, the sales representative acknowledged the error and offered an $800 credit toward resolution. However, after researching the actual cost of upgrading to the promised unit ($2,200-$2,500), we returned to request appropriate compensation that would cover the discrepancy. At this point, the manager's response was unprofessional and concerning. Not only did he refuse our reasonable request for compensation equal to the upgrade cost, but he also rescinded the initial $800 offer, claiming the salesperson lacked authorization. The manager's ultimatum was particularly troubling: accept the trailer with the incorrect equipment at full price or forfeit our deposit entirely. Given our significant travel distance and planned family trip, this approach appeared to leverage our circumstances unfavorably--he knew he had us and he could take advantage of us. When I attempted to negotiate a compromise covering material costs only, the manager became increasingly hostile. While we ultimately completed the purchase due to timing constraints (we had a family trip scheduled for the following week), this experience reflects poorly on RV Corral's business practices. The failure to deliver promised specifications, coupled with management's unwillingness to appropriately address their documented error, shows their unethical and unprofessional ways. I would recommend avoiding the RV Corral at all costs--no matter how 'good' the deal. Remember, if it sounds too good to be true--it probably is. RV Corral and specifically their sales manager, are terrible.

Said somebody had broken into their lot and stole my battery. They replaced that but they acted like they didn't know why my paint was all torn up on the rear cap. Turns out it was from the people who stole it, slinging gravel in a flatbed. Made them pay for it Ridiculous that an RV would have 44 defects in it brand new. Even more ridiculous that these idiots would keep it a year trying to figure it out. I'm not talking to anything major or structural.. When I pick the unit up, they had a fat bill attached to it. What's that about? It's under warranty. Incompetent rip off artists Stay away Edit: in response to the "business owners" comments. Yes sir, are covering your rear, as I could not forget such a circumstance. If you're at 2400 W. 7th Ave., in Eugene, that's you. I don't care if you have records of a break in or not, your insurance paid for it. Before I pick up my unit, I had to call out the big guns of your dealership to administrate the mess and pare down the stupid bill to something more reasonable for the few items Warranty didn't cover. One guy got fired over it. Another one of the GS family members who served as an advocate to sort out the BS got demoted afterward (well that's what he told me ) because his decisions were viewed as losing money. You may not work on Keystone anymore, but you sure the hell did then. You guys even called and tried to get me to accept cheap interstate batteries after my two expensive Centennial 6 V golf cart batteries were stolen. Snakes. Paint repair and fiberglass repair on my rear cap work was done by the business adjacent (practically inside the fence) to your back parking lot . Oh, it was you alright. I would keep quiet if I were you because anything you say further is simply a lie of convenience and CYA. What responsibility or credibility is built upon. Something woefully lacking in the RV Repair business.
