We hired them to do a thorough inspection of a older used RV before we made the purchase. This RV was one owner and appeared to be in relatively good condition. They gave us a 7 page document that allegedly outlined any/all issues or repairs needed. Their words verbatim "this is a well taken care of Trailer" and even text us NADA comparables on the spot. What they didn't tell us was there was serious water damage into the walls and floors and that as a result it would cost us a lot of money in repairs, and the roof had several holes and compromised areas. There are other concerns as well, such as a toilet leak (unknown if additional damage as of yet) and ceiling damage in the sunlight/shower area that was not well inspected. We have yet to determine full magnitude of water damage there. They also told us the tread on the tires was "good" but they didn't tell us due to the age they needed replacing to prevent a blow out. Major safety issue!!!! Their inspections cannot be trusted and is a total waste of money. This was supposed to be a first trailer for my husband and I who live on a tight budget, along with our toddler. So far it has cost way more than we intended and the repairs are not even close to complete yet. These people could have been honest and would have been paid the same but reality is they didn't so their job. The pictures of the damages speak for themselves. Super disappointing!!

I am very pleased with my first business dealings with Peace of Mind Mobile RV Repair. I needed…read morethem to come to my house where I have my RV so they could show me how to properly use the dump station that my husband had set up in our RV garage. He did all the routine RV maintenance, and since he recently passed away, I needed to understand what maintenance was critical and also to learn how to carry out routine upkeep on the RV. I also had noticed a regular beeping sound, but didn't know where it was coming from. Chris found out it was the LPG detector and removed it, letting me know it was past its prime and needed to be replaced. He also noticed that the drain hose for the black and grey water tanks had a leak. And even more critical, he noticed a bulge in one of the 12-Volt batteries and recommended its replacement Chris was patient with all my questions and offered much needed information for areas that I didn't even know what questions I should ask! I look forward to taking my RV to Peace of Mind's business site to have the necessary work done when the parts are in, and I'm sure I will be a regular customer for routine maintenance in the future. First, I brought my RV in to evaluate the propane refrigerator not working. After dropping it off,…read morethey called me a said that my 2-house 6V batteries were dead and "boiling' and that they could not do anything until my batteries were replaced. I told them the batteries were less than 6 month old. So, I went down there and my phone Bluetooth battery monitor showed the batteries were 99%. The "technician" was not hooking the battery tester up correctly and I had to show him to do that. Secondly, a circuit board in the refrigerator was fried, so they sent it out to a repair shop. After almost 1 month I hear nothing back. Turns out they did not bother to check up on it until I called. The circuit board was found to be unfixable. They then told me a refrigerator replacement was out of production and they could not find 3-way refrigerator replacement that would fit. I found one a couple of days later, ordered it, and had it sent to them. Yesterday, Devin, the owner, called me and told me the refrigerator came in and they could install it today in the afternoon/evening and to drop it off this morning. He said it should only take a couple of hours. I called this morning to say I would be dropping it off just after noon. I was told (by wife Nicole) that they were weeks out and way too busy to do it today. She continued with a loud, rude, interrupting rant about how Devin should not be making appointments without asking her first (TMI). At that point I went down and picked up the refrigerator and will take it somewhere else for installation. Bad news!!! Afterwards, after several back and forth texts between Nicole and myself in which I was voicing my complaint about my cancelled appointment, I was wanting to hear from Devin the owner who made the appointment with me and who was strangely "in the bathroom" the whole time I was there to pick up the refrigerator. I also made it clear about the fact that I did not appreciate her yelling rant on the phone with me. All of a sudden, I received a threatening text response from Nicole stating that I was harassing her and that she would press charges if I called or texted their business again! I have all the texts, nothing threatening or harassing, just valid customer complaints. This is one scary lady....beware of this business.

When we went to hook up the trailer we realized that we were missing the electrical hookup on our Sprinter Van. It was already 1:30pm on Saturday. We were afraid we were going to have to leave and come back again. But George the technician saved us by wiring a temporary setup that got everything working. He was amazing.
