I recognized a man who had helped me with the same part several years ago and told him the same part had broke again. He told me several years ago that don't be surprised if it happens again. He even installed the part on my boat for me. After I told him my story this year he looked again for the part and couldn't find it but told me he would look to see if he had a used part I could buy. He was gone awhile but came back with a used part and sent me on my way. Great customer service. Thank you Mel's Marine

They put me in the right direction. They got me the motor in my budget install went beautiful. They did a nice job on everything. All my electronics are working. Nothing was tampered with or unhooked. He even threw in an extra GPS pocket no charge all the work that he performed as perfect. I love my old new boat thanks to Tony and his team. I would not hesitate to do business with them again and I would highly recommend them. Thank you Tony and the crew for going the extra and coming in right on time and on budget there are not many shops that I have dealt with in the past that can compete with you. It was worth the 13 Hour Dr. once again thank you very much your new friend Marlyn

We visited several dealerships and spoke to countless salespeople as this was going to be his last fishing boat and he wanted to make sure he didn't have any regrets. In April, we visited Clemen's Marina in Eugene and met Dale Bohna. Dale was incredibly helpful in answering questions and making time for us with all the visits, emails, phone calls, etc. He was always available and eager to assist us in any way possible. He never made us feel like a "bother" and when we called to ask yet another question, he always answered, even AFTER we bought the boat and brought it home. We are definitely high maintenance clients and he passed the patience test when it comes to dealing with us. Saying that we are happy with the boat and the service we received from Clemen's Marina and Dale Bohna would be an understatement. If you are looking to bring home a beautiful, well-built new boat and receive first class customer service, go visit Dale at Clemen's Marina!

Ryan did a great job in listening to what are needs were and recommended several options that would best work for us. I appreciated Ryans knowledge of boating and electronics. Buy from someone who also runs boats make the experience that much better. Eugene was the farthest Clemens Marina from where I live, but after talking with Ryan I wasn't going to buy from anyone else Ended up with a beautiful new boat. Thank you for all your help Tight lines

Also, they left a battery cable loose, which fried my master raymarine display because of poor connections. I found this out because I thought I had dead batteries when I brought the boat home. The display was not working properly. Which always worked. Also my radio said low battery voltage. I then purchased two batteries as soon as I brought the boat home because the engines were hard to start when I realize one of the cables was extremely loosely connected when i went to install the batteries. Not even tightened down at all. I end up having to buy a new master display because of the spike voltages from the cable connections being loose and also bought 2 new batteries. I was stuck with them too since I did not return them because they were to hard to remove. Another thing that happened was I had a broken brake line on my trailer that was brought to my attention from them. This was caused by someone else who just installed new brakes. I Drove 500 miles to have them install the engines and you would think they would offer to take care of my brakes, but that did not get done even though I asked them to fix it and would pay them. I had to drive all the way back home without brakes on my trailer through the mountains. They didn't have time for fixing it. Fortunately, I am very knowledgeable electrically and mechanically so during the winter I was able to correct the issues on my own by doing a lot of research. It cost me about $1250 extra to get it right but now. I'm very happy with the way my boat is set up. They do not return calls should you have any minor questions. Just my 2 cents.
