The price was reasonable. The young man was professional, informative and courteous. He was able to give me quotes one other potential projects. Overall, a great experience. Will be contacting them for all future plumbing and heating needs. Also, Molly is really pleasant to talk to you on the phone. She even called and asked if he could come early, which I had no issue with.

And they destroyed one of my basement windows. Running the exhaust from the new boiler through it. Oh and they never installed our sewage vent for our plumbing. The pipe as you see was left open. Not even capped off. And when asked why they didn't do it. I was told "it wasnt part of the contract" We wanted a fully functional bathroom. That would include a sewage vent. They over charged bad. For the quality of work we got. Oh they also installed one of the water lines for our laundry room radiator backwards and had to come fix it. Save your self some money and problems. Hire someone else!!

Unfortunately, it would take too much time to explain how awful they were when we called to ask for help with our boiler. From subtle insults about where we move from to arrogant responses to our simple questions. We get it, you're in high demand, but it doesn't give you the right to be disrespectful and rude. Yeah, you don't need my business because you're "busy." But do you want to be known for being pretentious and impolite to local people who have supported your business for years?
