I have on several occasions left there with the back of my car still dirty. I talked to an employee and they said something was "retracted." Ive just noticed this happening in the last 6 months. Doesn't make a person very happy when you pay for a service and leave with a dirty car. I hope this gets addressed or I may have to quit.

The billing is continuous each month. The quality of the washing is excellent. I have been a customer for years. The guys will also pretreat your car which helps with bugs or mud. We recently had mud rains on a trip to Iowa and the car sparkled when they were finished.

I pulled up and opened my door to take magnets off of my car before I pulled through. Some big redneck type with a scraggly red beard started screaming at me telling me, "No, no, you got to move right now! Like I need you to go now!" Being from out of town, but having lived in the area over 20 years ago, I'm not familiar with this car wash, but definitely has many friends that are. I will not be recommending such rudeness and poor customer service to anyone. Perhaps proper signage would prevent you from any insurance claims, especially when the logical thing is for all days to face the same way.

Well, I don't know if they were fired, but none of the old crew is there anymore. That's unfortunate, because they used to do an outstanding finishing job! My truck was always turned over to me in spotless condition, inside and out. The new crew is more interested in getting your vehicle done so they can pick up their tip. Quality service has become a thing of the past here. Makes sense, because it was taken over by a GM dealership owner! See, pretty much everything the Government Motor Company (GMC) touches, turns to crap! So upon close inspection of my "brand new" Toyota 4-Runner, the truck came out of the detail shop with scratches, that weren't there when it went in. The car wash itself does not have anyone manning it instead there are signs that tell you to pull forward and when to put your car in neutral. This is the first time I've been to a car wash that does not have someone navigating you in it so I was a little nervous but I had no issues at all. The vacuum that I had must've just been so full or maybe had something stuck in it after the car wash because I did not have a very good suction. The only thing I would encourage the location to add are rags with spray on carts like I've seen at other car washes so people can wipe down the insides of their car without having to buy some thing from the vending machine. I think this is a nice bonus to add.

I went back and the guys said they had had a hydraulic leak which was now fixed, and they would wash the car and then I could go back through the wash. The guys squeezed Dawn over the right side, started hand scrubbing, then I entered the automatic was again. Got home and there is still a sheen all over the right side. All of those automatic scrubbers on the right side are probably soaked with oil! Already had a few things on my plate for the day and did NOT need something else.
