The quality of the products sold here at this salon KD NAILS are low. I had nails done with dip powder and gel over top, no fake tips my real nails. The first one broke after 3 days. I don't even know what had broken it, I looked down and the nail was gone. I stopped by and they fixed it for me as they should because it had only been a few days after I spent 70$. The same nail broke two days later, again with little to no effort popped right off. They fixed it again, but please keep in mind it had been less than a week since the initial set was done. Now 3 days later another nail broke, it was a different finger but I still stopped by to have them rectify the problem. They told me I would have to pay $$$ I explained to them why I felt this was unfair because dip is supposed to last at least three weeks and these haven't even lasted one week. I usually go to a nail salon in Parker, but decided to try something closer to my work. Usually the dip powder keeps my nails long and strong for three weeks to a month now I have broken nails and I'm out 70 bucks. I will be returning back to my Parker nail salon, although it is a long drive because at least it keeps my nails healthy. I thought I would let everyone know before wasting time and money here that whatever products they are ordering do not last the same way other salons do. read more

Excellent service! Made a reservation for 8 to get manicures and pedicures before my sisters wedding. We were all seated immediately and for those who made last minute decisions to change what type of manicure or pedicure they wanted were accommodated as quickly as possible. Some girls did end up getting their manicures done in their pedicure chairs which was a little strange since there were plenty of chairs open? Maybe they thought those chairs were more comfortable? I was a walk-in, and they got me in right away for a pedicure. My gal was very careful, gentle, took her time, and did a good job. The basic pedicure (plus the obligatory callus removal) was $30. The salon was tidy, and the employees were very kind and social with their customers. I don't usually get my nails done here because it's not close to where I live but when my nails are in bad shape, I'll swing by over my lunch break because it's close to where I work. Every time I call they get me in right away, I don't have to wait forever and they do a fantastic job. I always get compliments on how great my nails look after I've had them done here. I'm really surprised at all of the great reviews on this place. I came here, for a pink and white set. I made an appointment and sat down with the man who works there (not sure if there are more guys there or not). He started right away and seemed almost like he'd never done acrylic nails before, ever. He was nervous and seemed like he didn't know which tools to use. I had white acrylic all over my fingertips. After 20 minutes or so, the lady working in the next station took over. We joked a little about how bad my nails looked so far and the guy seemed good natured and apologetic. Fine. She did her best to fix everything, but I think he put the wrong sized tips on my nails. My set didn't end up looking terrible, but the ends were very thick and odd looking. Almost 2 hours later I left with mediocre looking nails. The reason I'm giving three stars is because the lady (I think her name is Jeen) did her best to correct the terrible job. She gave me a pretty big discount too, which is nice. Still, I'm not sure I'll be back. read more

Nice staff but when I went in for my regular manicure they had to take off gel and must of felt rushed because my nails hardly soaked- they had to scrape really hard and took off a lot to my nail. Between the leftover polish and scraped nail beds, my nails look horrible. Too bad because they are within walking distance from my apartment but I won't be going back. read more

Awesome pedicure! Not the cheapest but for $40 you get paraffin wax, hot stone massage on your legs, hot towel treatment, plus all the normal pedicure treatment. They also corrected a missing nail on my left big toe for no extra charge. The shellac French manicure was good too. My only constructive criticism (which isn't much) is that they spent so much time on my pedi that the mani felt a little rushed. I got there at 5:45pm and left at 7:30pm and most of the time was pedicure. All in all a great experience!! Not the cheapest but totally worth it to feel pampered. read more

Just got the crappiest manicure I have ever had. I needed my acrylic removed and I wanted shellac. The lady recommended that I get organic gel so I agreed. When she was cutting my acrylics off she cut straight across causing 3 nails to split down the center halfway down my nail bed. The paint job was terrible. Never going back here again. Great service! Traveled from Texas and called to see when they close. The lady said they close at 6pm. Then said one person will stay if I wanted to come in which I did. Two employees stayed and provided excellent customer service! One had taken care of my pedicure and the other one did my manicure. Can I give a negative star? We had such a poor experience at this location. I took my mother and sister here for mani and pedis, I waited 30 minutes after having an appointment to get my pedi. After they completed I waited over an hour in the chair while my mom and sister got their manicures. They did such a horrible job I decided to just leave instead of getting my mani. Their manicures were done so bad, no nail trim, cuticle cleaning nothing. Horrible powder nail job for both of them. They didn't accept their own coupon and overcharged us. Okay, I'm visiting Colorado and needed my toes done. I looked around and there's only this place I could find where the hotel is located. A guy did my pedi, not sure how I feel about that. I am not convince he did a great job on my toes. He's ok. He could have taken more cuticles out and trimmed my nails more like I asked him to. He did spend a good 5 mins rubbing my calves which felt very good. If I wanted an extra 15 mins it's another 10 dollars so I opt out. It's a bit pricey, $25 + tip. I have a punch card so I keep coming back. However, I tried dipping at least 6-7 times and every time my nails are bumpy and very thick. I was hoping they would get better at it and it seems this isn't the case. Most recently, I switched to shellac since dipping doesn't seem to be something they can do well. My nails were done on Friday, I didn't do much of anything on the weekend and by the end of the day Monday, 9 of the 10 were chipped. I have had shellac for the last 10 years from other places and never seen it chip until the second week and then sometimes now even then. read more

I just spent 1.5 hours in here. First the shellac was put on my nails and skin under them. When I went to put my fingers in the light they started burning. This was due to the shellac on my skin. I have had shellacs for 4 years at least and this has NEVER happened. I pulled them out after about 10 seconds. I told Sun Duong to take it off. He never apologized just seemed mad that I said "just do a manicure". The manicure was horrible as the shellac was not completely removed. He started polishing before I washed my hands again so now my manicure is bumpy. He did my Top Coat with a base coat, which one of the other workers said that is what they do. I didn't quite understand her but she said that is what they do when you have shellac (?). Very disappointed. Will never return. Sinks and surrounding area were dirty. Never ever again. read more

Never EVER coming back! Had mani/pedi on Saturday and now have an INFECTION in my left-hand pinky cuticle. My finger began to turn red and hurt Saturday evening. It's Wednesday and I'm on antibiotics! I had gone here for several years But WON'T be back Nor recommend!! Along with that, I had picked out an acrylic color for my pedi, the girl broke the bottle. She just used a bottle she already had on her cart from the previous customer, after cleaning the floor and the broken bottle mess up! DIDN'T ask me, didn't go look for a similar color that I'd wanted; Nothing. Just used what was convenient for her. ALSO, instead of doing my manicure at a table (there were 3 tables open that I could see) INSTEAD, a pillow was placed on my knees and a woman without name tag or apron started my manicure while on the spa-chair. (I couldn't see the color on my toes as with my knees bent and a pillow blocking my view.) I have an Infection, I have bright pink toenails and light colored coral fingernails; and I paid $70 for this "service". NEVER EVER coming back. read more

By far the best nail salon I have ever been to! I have officially abandoned the nail salon I've been going to for 7 years for Gorgeous Nails & Feet. I really needed a rebase but have been avoiding my current salon because over the last year their quality has gone downhill and I feel like I am constantly being rushed through and my nails and they don't look as good as they ever have. I finally decided to stop in to Gorgeous for rebase because I couldn't take the appearance of my nails anymore. Not only do they use high end products, but my tech, Tammy, did a thorough and beautiful job on my nails and was totally friendly! In fact, her and a woman named Jean (not sure of the spelling) spent the entire time engaging in conversation with me and were incredibly nice as well as invested in the outcome of my nails. Ok so this is right by my house and I've always ignored it. I finally went in a couple weeks ago and I am blown away by the nails I get every time. I get a shellac manicure and the few other places I've been to get the shellac- it's lasted about 10 days..... they do such a good job here that 3 weeks after my manicure my nails still look awesome. There's a sign when you pull up that says we might not be the cheapest but we're the best. I couldn't agree more AND the price isn't even different from anywhere else I've gone. It's the same or within 1 or 2 dollars. I've had 3 different technicians do my nails and every one of them did a fantastic job. They do get busy and man they crank out people when they get busy. I've been there twice when they were really busy and I don't feel like my manicure was any different than the when they were a bit slower. I didn't feel rushed. They were all multi tasking and there was a bit of waiting after they started my manicure at times (not much few minutes here and there) but I didn't feel like my manicure suffered any because they were busy. I would absolutely recommend this place. I had to come on here and review just to give credit where credit was due. read more
