To preface, I have been here before with a different experience with the same nail tech, however I gave this establishment a 3 (a 3.5 if I could) for this particular visit. The salon is clean, the staff are friendly, and they have an adorable beverage menu. However, I left today with a less than desirable result with my nail design. While the tech was efficient and accurate with the builder gel and nail shape, the design I requested was not what I was looking for. I understand that designs are not in everyone's repertoire and some level of communication would have been I appreciated. I would have been fine choosing something that could have been achievable rather than me spending $102 on something I didn't love with no time to fix it as I have the event today. Went here this morning to get my nails done (which is a rare occasion because I normally hate my nails when I leave because they don't take the time). But I can say this place since new ownership took the time, offered a drink menu, didn't leave me waiting super long, and for once left me wanting to return to a nail salon. Super awesome place! You can schedule your appointment online, and when I showed the mail artist the picture of how I wanted my nails she got on it right away. She even recommended a better type of nail that's not acrylic and it's much healthier for my nail beds! I was in and out in an hour and spent under 100 including tip. Service was "decent" but way overpriced! $65 for a rebase?? Nothing special either, just a normal rebase with no broken nails and shellac solid color. Middle of the day during the week and no other customers and still rushed. Still have to tip on top of the $65. Most expensive place I've encountered in the area and I've been to most. read more

I do not recommend. They did a quick job on pedi and no massage worth mentioning. The nail polish did however last longer than the gel on the fingers. My gel nails came off within 5-6 days...why bother. They started peeling... I will not be back here...too much competition to settle for 3rd to 4th best with the same pricing. read more

Please do not get your lashes done here. I was new to lash extensions, and I came here for several months to get my lashes done. Just now I went to an actual lash professional at a different business for a fill, and the technician was HORRIFIED. Happy Nail and Lash had told me to NEVER wash my lashes under any circumstances (you're supposed to wash them every day), and some of my lashes were close to infection. They were so dirty and so poorly applied that they had to be completely removed. Almost all of my false lashes were attached to 3-6 of my natural lashes -- should be only one. The prices at Happy Nail and Lash are similar to higher-end lash places, but the technicians are most certainly NOT lash professionals. read more

I've gone here for over the years and was disappointed when I brought family in from out of town and they upcharged up for everything. No prices listed in store and did not notify us of any "extras" we'd be charged for. ~$80 for a full set with a French tip. Left with crooked tips and shellac all over my hands. We did a mom and daughter trip to get our nails done. I got a happy feet pedi and it was great. I am very ticklish and she worked with it. I have bad callous that can be a challenge but they have always do a great job. Trust me I have had some bad expirences it the past. The scrub and mask was relaxing and not overwhelming when it came to the scent. My daughter got acrylic and she loves them. Personally they are too long but that is what she wanted. We have been going here for the past couple years and never had any issues with the service. We have in the past brought the hubby and made it a family thing. He actually really enjoys them, just hoping to be able to convince him to paint the toes once. read more

This owner has lost her way. She keeps remodeling but doesn't fix the spa chairs for pedicures and the stations that we sit at for nails. On top of that she hires a "manager" that doesn't know this business and quite frankly is creepy. This business is being driven into the ground. The only thing left good is the 3 nail techs. I normally don't leave reviews, but this was the WORST experience I have ever had at a nail salon. We had an appointment for two pedicures at 4:30, my boyfriend sat in the chair until 5:00 before someone came over to him. A few minutes before the lady came over to do his pedicure we noticed there was a used sucker candy in his water.. When we asked them to change the water they just took it out and set it off to the side and then the manager got very frustrated when we asked a second time for the water to be changed. An apology would have been nice but instead we were treated rudely. The pedicures themselves were fine. Will absolutely never be back, and I do not recommend this place to anyone. I have been here once before and it was fine. This was my second time and my pedicure was very painful and felt like the lady had pulled way too much skin off from my cuticles. I woke up in the middle of the night a couple days later with both my big toes throbbing. I had so much pain I couldn't go back to sleep. Discovered that both my big toe nails are infected. I don't know if it's from the tools or taking off too much skin, but I do not recommend this place at all. Still in pain and recovering. read more

Today, they disregarded my preferences and I was cut, causing me to bleed the rest of my appointment.
