Really anything you could ever want! It was all very reasonably priced, and cute!! They have a little dressing room for you to use to try anything on! Their store is a bit hidden, as you have to walk behind and past Jeni's to find it. They've been here for 4 years and deserve all the business they can get! The owner was working and struck up conversation with us. The whole experience was exactly what you hope for in a western store: helpful, knowledgeable, and zero pressure. The staff took their time with the hat and made sure it looked right instead of rushing through it. They were also great with the boots, helping me figure out what size actually worked for me across different styles and brands. That part matters because cowboy boot sizing can feel like it was invented by someone who wanted to make online shopping impossible. What I appreciated most was that they weren't pushy. They clearly knew their stuff, explained the differences, and seemed to genuinely enjoy helping me find the right fit. To then dismiss the feelings of people who dealt with it, is deeply disturbing and the way your establishment handled this is poor, and shows your not any better than your employees. Please learn how to run a business properly because your actions have scared away sales. While I have spent plenty of money at your store, as well as my friends, being a group of college aged kids in the area, I can assure you no one deserves the level of disrespect that I watched my friends receive. Kristie is super friendly and greeted me with a bestie attitude that I love. Often times tourist towns can have a bit of an elitist attitude, but this is not the case here. Kristie deserves a raise for how she engages people even outside where hats are displayed. That was actually what drew me in to look inside.
