Everything on the buffet was fresh , all selections were closely monitored and replenished when they got low. Excellent variety of foods offerings. Dining room was very clean and service was excellent, empty plates were removed promptly. The ambiance was nothing special, very typical Chinese decor. A dive, but clean, cheerful, and they have tiki drinks. We didn't get all you can eat, but ordered crab Rangoons a la cart. They were nice and crispy, craab was visible in the filling, and the right amount. We also got the beef sticks, they are not fried the server said. I never knew the teriyaki beef was usually deep fried at an Asian restaurant! I learned something. That said I prefer them deep fried. The server was nice and spoke English. Was in the area camping and saw this buffet's parking lot packed full so we had to stop to try it. We went on a Friday night around 6. Everything was hot and fresh. Nice selection of classic Chinese buffet fare and was perfect after a long day on the trails. One of the better buffets we've encountered being from CT. We had the buffet lunch today and we loved it! The food was delicious, the service was friendly, and the price was right! I thought there was a lot of selection at lunch time and the pans were kept full. Yes the restaurant is starting to look worn, but it didn't affect my experience it all. We too the 45 minute drove from North Conway to dine here. It was a beautiful ride through the mountains. I would definitely come again next time I am in the area. read more

I prefer to judge a chinese food restaurant by one simple staple. The egg roll. This is becuase if a restaurant cares enough to create a decent eggroll, they will likely care enough to put out great food. I visited on 12.30.24 for one order of egg rolls to go. They were hot, and duck sauce was included. I broke one in half to example contents. There were vegetables and a litttle pork. The taste was rather bland, and the duck sauce was sweet but had a bright orange color. Dynasty passes the egg roll test with a 5 out of 10. Ok, but not outstanding. We were staying close by and tried it out. We were greeted at the door with a smile and shown to our table immediately. Our beverage order was taken and we went to check out the buffet. There were 4 large buffet warmers. Well 1 was cooling the desserts, 3 for hot food. Yes it is "Americanized" but they have certainly found out what we Americans like. The food was well prepared in bite sized pieces and very tasty. Everything was being well replenished. Our table was cleared of empty used plates in the blink if an eye and we were asked about refills on the drinks with perfect timing. The staff was friendly and helpful. We went to this buffet when we stayed near mount Washington. This was the only Asian restaurant nearby. This place was reasonably price. Food quality and taste average compared to other Chinese buffets. My family actually went to this place twice in the same trip. One of the dinners they had lobster at no extra cost which was a very pleasant surprise. Service was standard and sufficient. Excellent dish! I dropped into this place after hiking Mt. Moriah. I speak some Mandarin & staff was kind enough to help me practice a little. I asked for a Chinese vegetarian dish. Something less American & not sweet. Without hesitation, one of the staff recommended Ma Po Do Fu 麻婆豆腐. It's mostly tofu in a mild spicy sauce, onion, and tasty pieces of idk what. It was delicious! The staff worked very hard. A lot of times, staff can get distracted speaking Chinese w me. Not here. They all appeared to be hard at work. Staff has great wrk ethic. Nice cook who came over and asked how I liked my meal. If you go to a place w your expectations low and buy buffet or General Gao chicken, don't expect to be wowed and don't poorly rate the place. We could not find a place that was open for dinner on a Friday night on our way to Berlin. We walked into Dynasty Buffet 5 minutes before they closed, asking if it was okay to have dinner. They were so friendly and welcomed us right in! The buffet was fully stocked with all the yummy traditional dishes, sushi rolls, King crab legs and salmon! They took our drink order and a delicious and potent - with the volcano lit - scorpion bowl appeared. We had a great, non-rushed meal with friendly and attentive service. Good selections. Ice cream is scoop your own but they should probably clean out the scooper water bucket more often. Kinda gross. Staff were all very nice. No one stared us down or watched us eat or get food. There was a small boy running around who seemed to be related to the staff. Nice but also a little problematic as he had a fondness for knocking on bathroom doors. We decided to compare to the other buffet Zhangs across the street later in the week and liked the ambiance there better. It was cleaner and more updated despite being a burger king. It was surprising inside how nice it was but their food was a mix of Asian and American fried food so it had a different spread. It was a bigger selection but not of Asian food specifically and they also had sushi. My kids liked it better too. This place had slightly better quality Asian food but that was their only win. I have eaten dinner numerous times at this buffet after climbing various peaks in the White Mountain National Forest. It's the only Chinese buffet anywhere near there and has been around for years. The selections are your standard Chinese fare plus fruit and California roll's. It's not the best I've ever had, but when you've been out on the trails all day, it's plenty. Family friendly, affordable, and the staff is attentive. We rolled in here late on a Saturday night. Most items where well picked through, but the staff checked in with us several times to makes sure we had whatever we wanted from the buffet. The food was good and typical for an American- Chinese buffet restaurant. They did have something unfamiliar to us ... a Seafood bake with white fish and imitation crab meat... it was very tasty. I was looking for something a little different than burgers and sandwiches and came across the Gorham Dynasty Buffet in Gorham, NH. Many Chinese restaurants have a nice buffet or lunch deal making them a nice stop, and Gorham seemed interesting. Their restaurant is on Main street with good signage next to a motel. The interior was a little worse than most chop suey houses I have visited, but the buffet food items did disappoint. Most were bland with only a few interesting items. Even drowning them in sauce did not really change the flavor. The variety was impressive with something for everyone, but I was just not impressed. read more

Mommy needed a drink after a long (fun!) day at Santa's Village, and this was the spot! First, I love New Hampshire prices -- all-you-can-eat buffet for $10.85? Amazing. $5 cocktail? Yes, please. The buffet had a bunch of delicious things -- honey chicken, salmon, peanut butter chicken, garlic shrimp, stuffed shrimp, beef/broccoli, General Tsao's chicken, delicious mushrooms, sauteed green beans, fried rice, white rice, lo mein, lots of appetizers (dumplings, egg rolls, crab rangoon, chicken fingers), plus random things that were great -- little maki sushi rolls, mac & cheese, watermelon, chocolate/vanilla pudding, cake, and five flavors of serve-yourself ice cream. One son was passed out the whole meal, so we just got him a little cup of food to go - paid by the ounce ($3!). And then the other one ate so much and we paid $6.
