This is the second time that I have used Gorilla for my printing needs. I used another printer for years, and never checked around for pricing, but I finally decided to shop around. Yelp showed good reviews, the price was right, and they promised overnight turn around time. They did a great job with my son's soccer banner that I used them again. This time, I needed poster boards made for a Los Angeles Regional Food Bank event printed in a pinch. Not only did they do a great job, they caught a mistake I made on one of the poster boards that would have been costly for me. Looking forward to using them more often. Jake was great to deal with. I have been searching all over the internet and yelp trying to find someone who could do a nice wrap for our company vehicle, Mercedes Sprinter. I came by their office on Rosemead and they were able to give me an idea of all the things that can be done and the pricing accordingly. I decided to do the partial wrap and got a really reasonable price price by Robert. I gave a deposit and we moved onto the design phase with Jake. I must say, I am quite picky and after maybe 12 mock edits we finally got something that looked great. I dropped off the van and 2 days later I got a call that the van was finished. The results were awesome and not overly done. They had a good balance of not putting too much so that it doesn't conflict with the logo. See for yourself! These guys are pros! read more

I did my projects through Leka. I've had custom shirts made for Gay Pride Parades and restored my 1968 Dodge into a classic patrol vehicle and was immediately in awe when Leka emailed me the custom badge that she designed (from scratch) that I had sent her to be vectorized. From working to satisfying my needs with perfect measurements to last minute changes, Leka went beyond any and everything that I could imagine. The rude woman at the front desk would not help him and told him that she would not do bussnes with him untill he found it. One week later he went back to the shop to see the same rude woman with the receipt and asked for a refund instead. He was told he could not have one. Instead a man came out from the back and said he can have $40. dollars back of his $106.18 order and have "his clock cleaned" if he did not leave. Really, A threat of violence? My Uncle admits to being upset but not to the point that he needed to be threatened. They get NO stars for short shitty customer service. read more

If I could give a lower grade then I would. Terrible customer service and unprofessional. We ordered $1,000's worth of printing only to have different prints with different backgrounds. When we contacted company to let them know the prints did not match each other, they mentioned that their machines print differently EACH time. Seems like a very problematic situation for a company that makes its money on PRINTING QUALITY. I'm sorry, but purple and blue are not the same color and I should not have to argue that. Further, the color of "water" is not purple and I should not have to argue that. All in all, the company wants us to pay again (over $1000) to fix a problem that they claim is not their fault. To make the problem worse, company is being extremely shady about the prices they are quoting (we did our own research) and seem to be trying to make MORE MONEY due to their original mistake. I have attached an image of what the employee told me was an "acceptable" print. I challenged him to advertise this brilliant work on their website and he became quiet. The colors are clearly different when these are supposed to be matching banners. All in all, do not waste your time. You will be extremely disappointed with the customer service and professionalism of this sketchy company. Robert was the employee who tried to convince us that this product was "acceptable". This place is great! I had to order some custom made buttons for an event last week. I looked around online to find some kind of deal. I found a few places but then the "Procrastination Monkey" in my head took over and I ran out of time. All the places I checked would take too long to ship the buttons. Then I found Gorilla Printing. They had BETTER prices and they said they could get them done in a couple days! The buttons turned out looking totally professional and the event was awesome too. In a perfect world I would have loved to have had some options on the size of the buttons and it would have been cool if I could have ordered 50 instead of their minimum of 100 buttons but that didn't really bother me much. Gorilla is a great place to get brochures made. They have the best price in town, and they came out true to color. When I was pricing, I called one place (which was supposed to be very affordable) and the guy told me he likes to match prices to get my business. When I told him how much Gorilla charges he told me that I should just stick with them. The guys were really helpful and changed a few things that I didn't like about the design. The printing was not super fast, but fast enough. I will definitely use them for printing in the future. I might use them to put a wrap on my car, but I have not decided whether I want to be that conspicuous. :) read more

I have used this printing company in the past. I have been a small business owner in San Marino for many years. I am posting this because this company has affected my business in regards to their deliverance of product. I was lied to on the deliverance date. I was clearly told to pick up my product on Tuesday by the woman that works there after I had okd the final proof last week. I went by Tuesday and nothing was ready. Jaye told me he didn't know why she told me that but my printing would be ready next week on June 27th . Nothing was ready. I told them I wanted my money back less the editing they had to do on graphics that were already done by someone else. I also requested my files that I had already paid for. Come 4:45pm that same day no one had called me to give me my money back or even called me. I called no one picked up then I emailed and the same woman called saying my printing would be ready next week and that was it. I asked for a refund besides editing because I found another printer that can do it over night . ( I have a conference on Friday in Vegas that I have spent a lot money to go to with my product) The woman told me I would be getting my money less $110 for the printing already done. What printing? You just told me my printing was going to be completed June 27th. I told her i would report them to the BBB and go further if they don't refund my money except editing, she told me to do what i wanted snd hung up on me. They have not refunded my money yet and have not emailed my files I need to print out my material. I would highly recommend not using this shop. Not only are they pricey but they have a total disregard for your time and business. I will continue to fill you in on what transpire. This shop has affected my preparation for a business matter I have paid a significant amount of money to participate in. Now I have no material to pass out. They had no sense of urgency to try to expedite this, they lacked customer service and empathy. No regard at all for my expectations that were only based on their verbal date of deliverance. BEWARE OF THIS PRINT SHOP! Once you pay for the work, they will take the time they want to print out your product. It is Wednesday and I have not received my files yet. We ordered 2,500 business cards. I picked them up and only recieved 1,000 I counted. I called him back to see how we can solve the situation and they didnt apologizehe said he would try to get them done, but didnt! So I went to pick up the balance they owed me (money) and he said he gave me 1200 when it was only 1000 so I told him n he laughed as if I was lying.
