I made the mistake of not asking the cost before dropping it off. They charged $80 for a new clasp and kept the old one on it!!! So now I have two clasps (one broken) and it cost me almost as much as the necklace!!! My husband picked it up for me otherwise I would have refused to pay and let them keep it... clearly they took advantage of me and I hope they go out of business for their unethical practices.
