I had a friend of mine tell me that her fiancee got her ring at Baxter's, so i put that feather in my hat. I "snuck out" and went to Baxter's thinking I was just going to inquire about a ring but I ended up walking out with a slip and a down payment on a ring! The staff at Baxter's couldn't of been any better to me. They had beverages, a cozy couch to sit on, and most importantly WORKED WITHIN MY BUDGET. I was looking at a princess cut ring, but it was WAYYY out of my budget. Fortunately, the awesome people at Baxter's got a smaller diamond from the back and even let me use the glasses to inspect the diamond as they explained it to me. There was no "shadiness" with them. They really put me first. After I proposed to her, we went in and got her ring sized to fit. They're customer service was just like when I went in and they adjusted her ring for free. So Klaus created a new design for me that used the materials from both of the original rings and incorporated them into one very fabulous wedding band. The pix I took do not do it justice because the stones are set in this ring purposely to look random. When I described what I wanted to Klaus, he immediately got it and said, "like the stars in the sky" which is exactly what my new ring looks like. Whenever I look at it the perspective is always new and changing but yet it is perfectly balanced always. Also, my ring is extremely comfortable to wear AND it was done in a very reasonable amount of time. Truly, I would not go anywhere else for fine jewelry. I tried many jewelers local to me in Massachusetts before I found Klaus and none of them wanted to work with my original rings/platinum.
