A week later not only have they not started on the ring but when I came in to see it. IT WAS LOST! Had to make another trip back for it. Why I'm posting this review now is that a jewler here in Chicago just confirmed the ring now contains a CZ crystal. Not a diamond where the repair was done. They won't return my calls and since it's not worth getting an attorney involved, this is my only recourse. Be Warned!
