As time went on the other company really dragged their feet on sending the information to my Home Warranty company to get approved because they were constantly trying to get me to buy a new AC. (check my previous reviews to see which company) I contacted LMH Services because I had heard from a few people that they were honest, reliable and quick. After not having AC for 2 weeks (with no consideration from the other AC company) I decided to buy a new unit from LMH Services because they offered me a price lower than the other for the whole system. Not only that but they scheduled me for the very next day. I now have a system that saves me tons of money, is quiet and after some research is one of the best units on the market. My neighbor has even told me they don't hear my unit like they use to since it's a quieter system. LMH Services made it a pretty awesome experience all around.

Just three days later, our home was hot again because the AC was no longer working properly. We contacted LMH and were told that a technician would come back out to address the problem. We waited all day and never heard from anyone. Finally, at approximately 7:30 PM, we were told that the technician was unable to come out. We were then told that we would need to spend an additional $4,000 to service the system and get a new unit. I am extremely frustrated with this experience. In my opinion, the pricing and communication were misleading, and I do not feel that LMH stood behind the work we had already paid $600 for only three days earlier. Customers deserve clear explanations, reasonable pricing, reliable communication, and a company that stands behind its work. Unfortunately, that was not our experience with LMH. I am sharing our experience so other homeowners can be aware and make an informed decision before hiring this company. Tony answered and said he could come out the next day and recommended a 23 Seer would work the best for our space. He sent Danny out who was very professional. He was even able to have him come early in the morning before the day got hot. The install was completed within hours and the house was cooling before the heat of the day. Their prices are very reasonable less than $2k. The unit is very efficient and cools amazingly. This company is amazing and I am glad my wife found them online. Trust me the company was pleasant to deal with and if you're looking for someone who knows what their doing and who provides a quality product without someone who wants to charge you over $5k reach out to Tony and his crew. The two young boys that installed everything were very kind and answered all my questions. Warranty is through the company so all I have to do is call them up if there's a problem.

I called Nicks Pluming and AC initially and they came out Saturday at 2pm to look at my AC…read moreand told me that the capacitor needed to be changed that was 2k but if the unit needed to be changed that would be 6k and that there could be a leak. Pretty much a bunch of BS I called Efficient Polar Air they came out Saturday at 9PM said that the builder when the HVAC person installed the unit they didn't vacuum enough and if anything the expansion valve needed to be changed and vacuum to be done but couldn't confirm anything Nicks Pluming/AC was saying. They fixed the issue for there standard service call and if it keeps reoccuring the expansion valve and vacuum needs to be done. Do yourself a favor and if you have any AC issue call Efficient Polar Air!!! They saved me so much $$$$ by being honest and quick.
