I read the yelp reviews online for "Young's Locksmith" and after several scams and deceiving fees and advertisements from other locksmith companies, I called Young's and was very pleased with his conversation and knowledge especially after everyone else planned to just go forward with the most expensive approach. My son had just moved to San Leandro 3 weeks ago with his family of 6 kids. Assured the neighborhood was very safe especially with families of police officers residing in his small friendly neighborhood. Invested a great deal of money to repair his vehicle, and 4 nights ago, someone with an absence of integrity broke into his car, damaged the ignition trying to steal it, broke their fake key in the ignition which locked the steering, after being unable to steal the car, they then took his son's new bike used to get him back and forth to school also stealing his work GPS. Young was very empathetic to my son's dilemma and repaired the ignition at a very reasonable price. He came right away and my son said he was a very nice gentleman, even giving him extra keys to his car. Who knew you can actually call a locksmith and he'll get there on time? Well, I was a disbeliever until I got locked outside my house and called Got Locked for the rescue. I appreciate the fact that when I spoke on the phone with the representative, she told me the technician is 25 minutes away, I was kind of skeptical but decided to go ahead and get this done. 23 minutes later, Ron the technician was here at my place, 2 minutes later he was already half-way into picking the lock... I don't know how to thank this guy enough, he took a very reasonable price, picked the lock without damaging it or needing to replace, and overall was very kind. Ron and Got Locked Locksmith LLC helped us today after we got locked outside our office. Imagine 10 employees, waiting for less than 20 minutes (thanks to Got Locked, it wasn't longer), outside our office unable to start our day... we looked online on Yelp and decided we'll just go with the first one that pops. I can't say how much I'm thankful for having Ron coming out to us, this technician has knowledge and cuts straight to the point... I lost my Nissan Titan truck keys and called a couple places and told me to wait for a long time or simply they couldn't make a new key for my Titan. Then called Gabriel and was there at my driveway in no time and made me two keys and reprogrammed it in ten minutes and for a better price then the other locksmiths I called previously. Dealing with Got Locked was smooth and very professional, I called to get my car opened after I mistakenly locked my keys inside my car's trunk (Don't ask me how..) Excellent service. Someone answered the phone when I called, and they immediately coordinated a technician to come named Gabriel. He was very cordial and professional and had all the right equipment.
