Showed up and his jump box was dead. So he couldn't jump my jeep off to get a battery test. Tried multiple times. Finally got a read and it showed the battery was bad with weak charge. He said it wasn't a good enough reading to replace the battery. He needed to check the alternator. He couldn't check that without getting the jeep to run. Which he couldn't with no battery on the van and dead jump box. He said there was nothing more he could do. I asked him to come back with the battery so he could do his test. He tried to charge me. I said i will pay when he comes back and completes the job. He agree'd. Said he understood and GAVE ME THE OPTION TO NOT PAY. Tracy told him not to leave. And then called the police on me for mot paying. I was forced to pay them. They never came back to resolve the battery issue. I purchased a new battery from another company the next day (even though i was in warranty) and never had another issue out of the jeep. Cruddy people. Absolutely disgusting service. Tracy should be ashamed to act in business like this. They showed up with no ability to fix or test my jeep. And still charged me for showing up. And called the police on me after the driver agree'd to come back the next day with a battery. And then they never showed up.

The tow truck was…read moreassigned to assist me with my vehicle, but because I had a professional development class, my brother waited for the driver to arrive on my behalf. From the moment the driver arrived, the situation was handled poorly. He came with a rude and unprofessional attitude. He did not greet my brother or communicate respectfully; he simply demanded the key. He also told my brother to move the vehicle in an abrupt way and nearly caused an accident because he was trying to force the tow truck into position instead of communicating properly ahead of time. I had already explained that the issue with my vehicle was the belt, but the driver still attempted to turn the car on. If a vehicle is being towed, there is NO REASON to try to start it, especially after being told what the issue is. His actions could have caused further damage. When loading my vehicle, he also attempted to move it while it was still in gear and handbrake, which could have potentially damaged the transmission. He also made rude comments and uncomfortable jokes about were my brother was standing while he loaded the vehicle , he was incapable of communicating safety measures in a respectful way. After arriving to the car shop the driver also refused to return the key at first and responded with attitude in a very dismissive manner. He eventually gave it back, but only after acting as if he was trying to close the door on my brother... On top of that, my family witnessed him driving extremely fast while towing my vehicle. On the highway, he was going approximately 80 to 90 mph, and even on smaller streets he continued driving too fast. My family was following in a Jeep and could barely keep up with the tow truck. There was no reason for this driver to act the way he did. His behavior was completely out of line in every aspect. If he was rushing to get to other destinations, then he needs proper training on how to deal with pressure, customer service manners, and most importantly, safety when handling a vehicle being towed. Driving way above the speed limit while towing my vehicle and being rude to my brother and my family is unacceptable. My once beloved Fiat 500X was due for inspection in 4 weeks. The check engine light had been on for months and the dealer stated it wouldn't hurt to drive it- they never told me the car wouldn't pass NC State inspection because of it. Ar'd that 4 wk point all of the dashboard system software lit up a panoply of impressive error messages and refused to start. Dealer across state line in VA wanted car towed there but didn't promise much. After this dealer charged me $2,000 to try to diagnose why the AC/backup camera stopped working only to say it would take an estimate of another $5,000 for some wire harness I decided NO. Salvage co in Greensboro offered me 8 cents per # ($200 total) if I towed it to them. So, the future looked bleak UNTIL Mr. Travis Gentry (the aforementioned ANGEL in disguise) came to my house, I briefly told him history and instead of towing it to a local dealer who offered me $500 on a trade in Mr. Gentry offered to take it to his workshop and run some tests. He was able to get the car running, properly diagnose what was wrong, and give a fair repair estimate. I CANNOT say enough good about this angel sent to me ONE day before the registration expired. I love his honesty, fair pricing, and above all his ethics which is a rarity in today's world. RECOMMEND Travis highly. You won't be disappointed.
