I am writing this review as a last-ditch attempt to get the office's attention and as a warning to other potential patients in the future. My emails have been left unanswered, texts have been left unresponded to, and the mailbox for every number for the office I have tried is full and hasn't been cleared for months. To start, I had a great experience until January of 2022, but afterwards, my experience with Got Your Back has been an absolute nightmare. While I paid up front for a 12-session treatment plan, I only received 8 treatment sessions before the office closed with the promise that Dr Klein would be in touch. Months have passed and I received no call from him. To add insult to injury, the office has sent repeated invoices for the treatment I already paid for despite me speaking with the billing office two months ago and them telling me to not worry and that it was simply a clerical error that they would be sorting out. Fast forward to this week, when they sent me a letter saying that I was delinquent on payments and they would transfer my (already paid) balance to a debt collection agency. They have been consistently unresponsive and unprofessional through this whole ordeal. I have received no offer of refund or completion of treatment plan, and instead been hounded for payment which was already processed months ago. Overall, it is a shame that GYBTH has come to this because the care was truly great beforehand. I only hope that this finally gets the attention of the office and catalyzes action. If not, I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. read more

Dr Klein and his team are miracle workers! I've suffered with chronic neck pain for MANY years and have seen quite a number of chiropractors during this time. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Before I made an appointment, I called and asked if their services included treatment for TMJ. Dr. Klein and his team assured me that they could provide me this service, so I made an appointment for my TMJ. During my first appointment they did not treat my jaw but instead took lots of X-rays and videos. When I raised question about this, Joe told me this was their standard protocol. Then, during my second appointment, Dr. Klein again did not treat my jaw like his team said he would, but instead had me do thirty minutes of stretching and then gave me a back adjustment. Every time I would go, Dr. Klein and his team kept telling me that I had to fix other parts of my body before they could address my jaw. This was not the service I had requested or been promised by Dr Klein and his team. Essentially, Dr Klein and his team delay treatment of the actual problem so that they delay fixing the problem and can keep charging you. Therefore allowing them to make more and more money off you and your initial problem. Then, 11 months after my last appointment, Dr. Klein sent me a bill with $100 worth of false charges. I had paid every bill at the end of each appointment. I disputed the bill. He then sent a bill collector to collect the money. Stay Away!! read more

Dr. Klein keeps me straight - literally! - my upper back has a tendency to curve, and over 10 or so years he has been applying his "orthodontics for the spine" protocol, including adjustments, "Original Strengh" exercises, and the Deniroll. I am now on "maintenance" - I go in once a month for an adjustment and to check up on my exercise routine (which I have been doing religiously this whole time). Recently I had a physical with Jacki Bradley, the resident NP - she is personable, thorough, and very knowledgeable. All of the staff is friendly and easy to work with, and the facility is beautiful. I went to Got Your Back when I had a painful issue with sciatica. I also have MS and I asked haphazardly if they could address some problems I was having walking, spasticity in my legs and a bit of drop foot on the right side. To my pleasant surprise they knew a lot about MS and assured me they could work with me and see some positive results. I started the exercises they gave me and went for a few adjustments and after a short time some of the exercises that I couldn't do (because of the MS) I managed to do quite easily. I also found myself walking better overall. and my sciatica went away completely, thank goodness. I didn't expect much in terms of improving my MS symptoms since the main reason I went was for my sciatica. But helping me with the MS has been a huge plus and something I didn't expect. I will continue to see Dr Klein for adjustment and continue with the exercises they have given me. I saw improvements so quickly I am expecting more to come. The issue I have with MS are very recent (for the last year) after having the disease for 18 years and GYB has given me renewed hope that I will recover fully as I have done in the past. I booked a massage appointment with them to check them out two days in advance of the actual appointment day. While sitting and waiting in the lobby, the office dog came and sat on my lap. 15 minutes after my arrival I was approached by Dr Klein who informed me that their massage therapist was missing for a week and they haven't heard from him, AND, ALL THEY COULD OFFER ME WAS DOGGY THERAPY!!! I almost fell out of the couch... To sum it up, I ended up with an hour of wasted drive time, no therapeutic massage treatment, and dog hair all over me. You decide whether you want to do business with them. If the staff of this office reads this, although I think they are more preoccupied playing with the pets - pick up the phone and notify your clients of canceled appointments - that's Business 101, besides just simple humane courtesy. Friendly, helpful, and the exercises during the appointment were great and relieved my issues almost instantly. When I was there last, they did not have x-rays in the office so it was a pain for me to have to go elsewhere for another appointment. I came here with a horrible back issue. They truly helped me. They gave me a series of exercises (movements) to do to help with the restorative process. Throughout my three month long healing process, they were instrumental in helping, and ensuring that I didn't need to go to surgery. It was a brutal and awful situation, and they helped out when I was in a really vulnerable place. With all that said, I've come to conclude that 10-12 weeks is a normal recovery time for a back injury, but I think that with the exercises and stretches they've given me, I'm well-positioned for long-term health and success. Due to the combined effects of playing collegiate tennis and working at a desk job, I have had tightness in my upper back/neck area for close to 7 years. I went to several doctors/physical therapists, but the issues kept persisting. I gave up on finding a permanent fix and relied on getting expensive deep tissue massages 2-3 as a temporary solution to manage the tightness/pain in my neck. Got Your Back Total Health was recommended to me through a friend last April. I didn't have very high expectations for a permanent fix, but decided to give it a shot anyway figuring I had nothing to lose. When I arrived music was playing, folks were walking around bare foot and there were dogs circling the studio. I was warmly greeted and taken to a room to meet Justin. He was calm, cool and easy going. We talked for a bit and then did a few low impact exercises. I was afraid to do the exercises but Justin eased me into the poses. Who knew, I was more capable than I thought! He was very patient and encouraging. Over the course of my time I went from being in terrible shape, barely able to walk to running and bending down.
