She was really condescending and gaslight me several times. She even lied to me but since it was a verbal promise, I have no proof. We were told we would be contacted about scheduling... over two weeks went by and still nothing. Finally got on the schedule. We had our closet installed the first week of June. One of the drawers wouldn't close because the track was installed broken. It took them over four months to come out and fix it! For how much we spent on our closet... over 10k, we were treated very badly. It's not worth the gaslighting.

My issues were with the contractor that was suggested. After a year several of the cabinets loosened up. I had another contractor check it out and he discovered the cabinets had short less than 1/2" screws holding the lazy susan and other cabinets which broke away and also many of the other cabinets loosened. I did not call Iris due to the fact it was installed improperly and that was my choice for contractors not her fault. So just make sure you watch who you hire to install. All the aforementioned stores provided reasonable quotes; however, when it came to designing for our needs they were only capable of providing cookie cutter results. Recently a friend recommended Western Reserve Designer Fabrics to reupholster my current furniture in the fabric I loved so much. They did a great job, and having this fabric in my house is a dream come true. It takes about 8 weeks to get on their schedule, then another week or two for the work to be completed. It is pricey, but you get exactly what you wanted.
