One of the worst experiences I have ever gone through…read more Our sales presentation was misleading. We did not receive what we thought we were given. Our project was delayed almost 3 months because of the poor quality of cabinets. They delivered us damaged cabinets that took 3 weeks to be remade and shipped back. We waited and waited, only to discover that our replacent cabinets were broken once again. Another 3 weeks delaying our project. Owner Tom ignored us during this process. Sent him email after email of the pictures of our broken cabinets. No reaponse until he realized that this would continue to manifest above the circus they already pit us through. We wanted a refund for the additional out of pocket expenses they caused us. Tom would not respond until I had to go to the post office and send a certified letter and file a complaint with the BBB. Worst attention to detail I have ever seen. One of the deliveries actually occured when I wasnt even home. And Tom simply apologize that he forgot to check his email. Could go on and on. Please dont make the mistake we made. Go to a place that understands how to treat a customer.

Ill admit that it was one of the main reasons I picked this house before moving cross country to OH. We were unlucky in the last big storm and a tree was thrown into our house and then our kitchen. I can tell you that the countertops were knocked forward a bit but was completely unharmed in all of the damage. It's crazy to me that my wall above and cabinets below were broken, but the countertops are still fully intact. I reached out to the company to ask more about the product so I knew how to go about fixing it, and someone called me back and kindly explained everything to me. He even helped me troubleshoot in how to fix it. Great product and great customer service, even when you just happen to have their product.

The installer mis cut the slab at my home and had to return to the shop which put him 2 1/2 hours…read morebehind. Installation did not go smoothly and my base cabinets had to be cut to accommodate the quartz top and sink. Approximately 1 year after install the quartz cracked near. I contacted Jason who stated he filed a claim with the main company which I find out he never notified them. Jason stated he would have his repair man contact me which did not happen. It was excuse one after another and months passed. My calls and texts went unanswered by Jason. I contacted the main company to find out Jason did not file a claim on my behalf and was told Jason had closed and dissolved the business. Granite Transformations refused to accept responsibility for the crack or the possibility the Installation could have been the problem. They did offer instructions how I could try to fix the Crack myself (hahaha) and wanted nothing more to do with it. They could have offered to send someone to look at the Crack and Installation and repair it since they say it's an easy process to fix.
