That's my main disappointment is that no one that was working the Photo Booth told the MC to make announcements that there was a photo booth to go take pictures in. My son didn't even get any pictures because he didn't know there was a photo booth. And because it was such a big room and there were so many people end it was a tucked in a corner that it could be hard to miss. That was a huge disappointment!! I was bummed that I spent all this money and after the party people kept saying they didn't even know there was a photo booth. So many people didn't have their photo taken. Also, there were two people there working in the photo booth and the girl that was working the photo booth kept taking pictures of herself so when I got my link to get copies of the photos there were all these photos of this girl that nobody knew who actually worked with this company. Bizarre to say the least. I got the link pretty quick to order photos but unfortunately shortly after Covid started so I never got it done. The company was nice enough to let me order from them. And they made prints for me. The Equipment is clean the owner and his wife are super nice and accommodating. My next big bash I'll definitely use them.

Dan and the staff made it all very easy, helped me select an event venue that could not only hold my group but made ALL the arrangements for us. I have shied away form these types of events simply because they can be and often are absolutely overwhelming! Just the amount of manpower and time to plan a large event are just crushing, especially when you are busy doing "your" job. HOWEVER, when I arrived, I found out one of my girl friends couldn't get in because she was wearing sandals instead of high heels (WTF?). I called up the co-founder of My NYC Birthday, Scot, to see if he could help me out. Scot did not have to answer his phone at 11 PM on a Saturday night, but he offered to help me out by providing her with a pair of heels! We ended up just paying the $20 fee for my friend to get in, but it was very kind of Scot to offer a helping hand. CO-OP was probably judging my friend because she's short...not cool. Other than that incident, my friends and I had an awesome time, and it was all thanks to My NYC Birthday.
