The company took the money out of my account, and the flowers were delivered to the funeral home and displayed on his casket during the visitation. However, they forgot to include the banner that said "Beloved Grandpa." They told me they would bring the banner the next morning before the funeral. When I arrived for my grandpa's funeral the next morning, the flowers were gone. I later found out that someone from the company had come back and taken the casket spray because they claimed they had not been paid, even though the money had already been withdrawn from my account. This happened on one of the hardest days of my family's life. No family should have to experience something like this during a funeral. I hope anyone considering this business will think carefully before ordering. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend
