The burger was well seasoned with different spices, and had a tiny kick to it. It was almost light eating a beef sausage patty. It had cheese on top, and I eventually added some mayo (I wanted to try it plain first). Normally, I add salt and pepper to burgers, but this was already perfectly balanced. I enjoyed this burger, not from my car, as I had intended, but at the picnic tables. I chose one under a pavilion, and there was a beautiful view of nature (and the Taconic State Parkway), and pleasant bird song to accompany the meal. The owner was also friendly, and frankly I love when someone puts an effort into sales.
