Turkey bacon and buffalo chicken paninis
    Katherine G.

I had this spot at work and I must say this is one of the best panini's I've ever had! They look slightly underwhelming but man are they good. I tried the buffalo chicken and the turkey and bacon sandwiches, both without cheese since I'm not a fan, and they were perfect! The bread was so crispy and toasty, and the meats were also great quality especially paired with the sauces. I can't even describe exactly what it was but something about the combination of all the ingredients together smashed and toasted was so addicting. I am a new panini lover because of this place! :-)

Lunch at the lazy B today I ordered through the BFT ap and selected the turkey bacon grilled cheese half sandwich. It was easy to place my order and pay for it through the BFT ap, they send a text when your order is ready. The sandwich was really delicious nice crispy toasty bread with a few slices of turkey breast, bacon and cheese. The truck itself was clean and the crew turn and burn through the orders so not much of a wait.

Fresh, simple, healthy salads/soups/sandwiches. They catered at my work site. The prosciutto panini and the kale avocado salad were great. Nothing knocked me out of the park, but it was nice and didn't make me feel horrible! I love how thin the sourdough slices are. The wait was quick given the long line.

    Buffalo Chicken and Turkcado

Gourmini's was catered at our work event, and both my fiancé and I loved it. I got the buffalo chicken and she got the Turkcado grilled sandwich. The bread was crunchy on the outside, but still soft on the inside. Both had the perfect balance of sauce, meat, and cheese. The best part, the sandwich didn't fall apart when you eat it, and even tastes great as leftovers. Highly recommend for your next event.

Tonight we had the Gourmini's food truck out for a special event for our members and it was a HIT! Fast and friendly service, delicious food and very accommodating to food allergies. Can't wait to have them back!

Wish I could give this place 6 stars because it was THAT good. Food truck was fairly busy because the weather was nice but I still got my food in a decent amount of time with little waiting period. I ordered the 2 sandwich + soup combo. Let me just say that was definitely the best chicken noodle soup I have ever tasted. And I'm sure you're thinking "...really? The soup" but yup it was that good lol & soup came with two fresh pieces of toasted bread. For my sandwiches I ordered the turkey swiss and bacon & the roast beef. Both were delicious, like seriously elite sandwiches. Flavorful and simple which is probably why I enjoyed them so much. Definitely would be a local favorite of mine if I lived here.

3-Item Combo Meal consisting of Balsamic Strawberry Salad, Chicken Noodle Soup and the Prosciutto Mini Panini.

Gourmini's were on site again and thought to try different items this time around. I ordered the 3-Item Meal: Balsamic Strawberry Salad, Chicken Noodle Soup and the Prosciutto Mini Panini. The service and staff were extremely nice and welcoming when I picked up my meal. Got my food right on time (ordered ahead of time). Not surprised here for the quality and taste of their food! Superb! The balsamic strawberry salad was light, healthy, sweet and nutty. The soup was warm and delicious to fit the cloudy day we had at the time. The mini panini was a good portion and tasty! All three complemented one another as a healthy and delicious combo lunch. Highly recommend Gourmini's.....5-Stars!

the Gurmini's was delighted with their sandwiches! The service was excellent -- the staff were very attentive and friendly. I especially enjoyed the dish 'dish name,' its juicy filling and fresh ingredients were simply delicious. The truck has a pleasant atmosphere, cozy interior, and great music. I definitely recommend Gurminis to all food lovers!

Pick 2: Turkey Bacon Swiss Mini Panini and Balsamic Strawberry Fresh Salad ($9.59).

Fresh to made paninis are served at this food truck, including vegetarian options. The menu is simplistic with a set of paninis, salads, and soups to choose amongst. I went with the Pick 2 option and picked a panini and salad. ----- Turkey Bacon Swiss Mini Panini: roasted turkey breast, bacon, swiss, mayo ($9.59). The bread was pressed well enough to have that hard crunchy exterior, but was slightly tough to bite off and chew. It isn't that filling of a sandwich with just a couple of slices of deli meat and bacon. The cheese was melted nicely. ----- Balsamic Strawberry Fresh Salad: organic spring mix, fresh strawberries, crumbled feta cheese, cashews, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar ($9.59). The salad was fresh and I liked the choice of topping with cashews. It also came with a thin slice of bread. ----- The quality of the food is decent especially being made to order, although I consider the price a tad high for the amount.

This food truck was in the rotation for our work food trucks. We get a lunch stipend to use so I thought I would take advantage of it this time and go try a few of their menu items. The menu items that caught my eye and I decided to order were the Prosciutto mini sandwich, Turk-cado mini sandwich and the chicken noodle soup. The chicken noodle soup was yummy but salty. If you do not like soup with a high sodium level, this is not for you. If you do like salty chicken noodle soups with egg noodles then you should order this next time. It is warm with good flavor and definitely will hit the spot on a cold day. It has a homey kind of feel and is mainly noodles with broth. Don't go into it expecting lots of veggies. The mini sandwiches were equally as good. I think the Turk-cado was probably my favorite by a little bit because of the creamy avocado. I also tasted the Reubini which was also good but probably my least favorite out of the 3. Overall I think that this is a good food truck and would definitely go back the next time I see it for lunch.

I have tried them many times before and with out a doubt they make the most delicious Panini Sandwiches. I'm just talking about their Panini's, just so we are clear. I highly recommend to try them out and I am sure you would not be disappointed...you get what you pay for when it comes to the "quality".

(Oftentimes, publishers loop Indian and Pakistani cuisine into the same category.) Before we get into the food, I must praise their fully covered seating area that houses five tables. Even in the rain and wind, you can enjoy your meal in a completely sheltered space! Any Washingtonian knows how important this is, especially during the wet months. Three of us arrived for lunch around noon and it was surprisingly quiet. No one else was by the truck nor at the neighboring Tikka Masala restaurant. One employee manned the truck, graciously welcomed us and we chatted with him briefly about the menu. He informed us of the most popular items and mentioned his favorite, "The Boti To My Roti" (chicken wrap). I was so close to ordering the "A Bihari Affair" (beef wrap), but when he said that was too spicy for him, that told me all I needed to hear. I wasn't going to take any chances, haha. Our order took about 20 minutes to prepare, which is pretty long considering we were the only customers. However, I had read about the wait times in other reviews and the one guy was cooking everything by himself, so I didn't mind hanging out for a bit. + BOTI TO MY ROTI ($12.95): Pieces of marinated chicken and slices of pickled onion rolled up in a roti flatbread. The chicken was lean and super tender, with a slight smoky flavor, and covered in what seemed to be a garlicky yogurt sauce with Indian spices. It had a mild spice and I liked the slight tartness from the onion. The roti was light and was a great vessel for the saucy filling. + CHIPAS ($5.95): This side of fries was deliciously seasoned and drizzled in a garlic mayo. They were hot and crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy inside. + EK DUM KARAK ($3.85): A piping hot cup of chai tea served with a biscuit. This was such a comforting drink on a cold day. The menu stated it's extra strong, which I didn't quite notice while drinking, but I did feel a little jittery later in the day. The biscuit was like a lighter and crispier version of a biscotti and nice to dip in the chai. Their menu also features various types of burgers and I hear they also serve a weekend brunch. My main qualm is just that the pricing is on the steeper side for their burgers and wraps, which are at least $12.95 each. All together, three of us got two rotis, one burger, one side of fries and two chai teas, totaling $53! My roti wrap was enough for me, but I think the average person would still be hungry after eating only that. Pakistani eateries are not abundant at all on the Eastside, so I'd still recommend giving Lari Adda a try if you're looking for something new and unique.

A cold, rainy January day and Thai food in my car? Yes please!…read more That's exactly where I found myself a couple of weeks ago in Bellevue and I'm not mad about it AT ALL. I'd seen Baitong's Instagram announcement that they opened a new food truck at the AM/PM on 116th and just knew I had to get over there as soon as possible. I arrived a little before the lunch hour and was enthralled with their menu of tempting Thai treats. But as soon as I saw the Crispy Garlic Chicken I knew I had to try it. I waited a few minutes until its hot deliciousness was ready, then hopped in my car where the sweet, delicious smells of freshly fried chicken and garlic wafted through the air making me hangrier than I'd been in awhile. I tried sipping on their refreshing Thai iced coffee to keep the hunger pangs at bay, but eventually I had to pull over and dig in to the chicken. WOW was it good. Hot. Crispy. Sweet. Savory. Garlicky. All the things I love about Thai food. Twas a glorious lunch. I definitely have to go back, though. There were some seriously delish-looking choices on their menu. Thanks, Baitong, for a quick Bellevue lunch stop.
