Cauliflower tacos

Love their cauliflower tacos! Whenever we want some healthy-ish tacos. We love getting their cauliflower tacos. It's seasoned and crispy! They truly never skimp out on the sauce. Service is your standard taco truck. The ambiance is fast to go food. Whenever we're in the area we will try to get food from here.

Taco truck in Chevron parking lot with ample picnic bench seating behind and a few bar stool seats in front! Perfect for a sunny day :) When you order, you get a buzzer that vibrates when your order is ready. Each of the plates comes with a free drink which makes the $18 pretty worth it! However, the horchata tasted watered down and wasn't the best. The carnitas were the yummiest taco we got and the plate was awesome as well! Highly recommend trying the medium salsa, it was super delicious.

The truck!

So glad I found a decent taco truck! So far the best in the area. Super friendly service with a smile! (I notice smiles now since a ton of people don't seem to do that anymore) Located in the chevron. only a few spots to park but its doable. They give you a buzzer after you order so you can wait in your car when its freezing out. First taco truck I've seen do that. They have a pretty decent seating area outside but its winter right now and freezing. But they light it nicely and keep it clean. The menu was okay. A little pricey but since its the best option in the area, understandable. Asada Fries (5): The fries were super crispy! Even at the bottom and even when I took it home. The asada was chopped very finely which I like cause you get some good charred bits. Toppings were onion heavy but tasty (just don't kiss anyone afterwards). I'd definitely get this again. Taco Plate (4): You get 3 tacos, beans, rice, and a drink. I chose barbacoa, asada, and adobada for my meats and all were good. Generally there's a clear standout or clear loser but all were moist, flavorful, and good. Both their roja and verde salsas were good. I do think the plate is a little high at $16. I'll likely just get straight tacos next time. Overall, great taco truck and close to me so will likely be my go-to for tacos.

Great taco truck to stop at after a hike in Issaquah! It's hidden in the back of the Chevron gas station parking lot and there are tables with umbrellas right next to it to sit. They have vegetarian options which is always appreciated. Service is excellent!

Carne asada taco (2) and pork carnitas taco (1)

I was duped by the high reviews and am convinced it must've been a bad day for them; it was for me!(although I was there at 11 am sharp). I don't tend to write poor reviews, but this one here is mainly to remind myself not to come back! Ordered carne asada tacos (2) and a pork carnitas taco (1) but received flavorless meat atop a dry/crumbly tortilla. The rock hard lime served on the side did nothing to moisten the dry meat. At least the wait was only 3 minutes. If you've been to Xochi next door like I have MANY times, you will be sorely disappointed here. Also, tacos are now $3.50 each.

2 carnitas 1 shrimp

Pulled up super hopefully because this place had good reviews. Came right at 11a when they opened and a line of 5 more people joined me to get their lunch. Service was good and fast, ordered two carnitas tacos and a shrimp taco. Carnitas meat was this gray color I've never had before, wasn't seasoned and very Americanized with tomato's and cabbage on top, I couldn't eat the second one. The shrimp taco was the star of the show, 4 shrimp that paired well with the slaw and mild salsa..the only reason they got 3 stars because personally I would not return.

This was a great taco. It's the best taco in all of Issaquah and Sammamish. The seating area outside is nice as well on a sunny day.

Hands down one of THE BEST taco trucks I have visited. Quick service but we also went post lunch rush. Lengua burrito was excellent with the spicy red sauce. I tried the cauliflower tacos just to try something different - so crispy yet light- super yummy with extra lime and with the green sauce. Very cute outdoor eating area- you wouldnt even notice you were in the Chevron's backyard

Hands down best tacos in the Seattle area! Super flavorful, authentic, and just as good (if not…read morebetter!) than tacos I've gotten in California. I always get one of each of their veggie tacos and my partner gets a mix of meat and veggie. They have both regular spicy and extra spicy (my favorite) options. Everything is absolutely delicious! Highly recommend trying this place out!

The line had about 6 people when we arrived…read more The menu is limited with some meat and vegetarian options, which I find to be a good thing because they know what they're good at. Small parking lot shared with Benjamin Moore Paint I think and a small coffee shop. There is some benches for seating and a couple picnic tables. I had two tacos (chicharron & encebollados) and found it filling where I didn't feel overstuffed. The tortilla's are like dinner size (not street taco size) and doubled up. The amount of protein they put into it is literally PERFECT. They don't overfill but it's definitely enough, and the way they place the portions, it doesn't overflow or spill out. Minimal mess to clean up afterwards. I thought the chicharron pork rinds would be crispy, but it wasn't as there was a chile sauce on top. I still enjoyed it and found it flavorful, even though the texture had changed. CK let me try the cochinita pibil and it was flavorful, and more of my preference. My favorite had to be the encebollados (steak w/ sauteed onions). Flavorful, sliced in good portions, and wasn't dry it at all since there was a good amount of sauce on there. Next time I'd love to try the Rajas (poblano peppers)!

If you happen to be in the area (Costco, REI, and Trader Joe's are practically neighbors) and…read moresuddenly develop an urgent need for legitimately excellent nachos, this is your spot. We've eaten here dozens of times -- easily -- and have never left disappointed. The carne asada is consistently fantastic, and their more traditional dishes are just as solid. Service is reliably friendly, efficient, and refreshingly genuine -- the kind of staff that actually seems to enjoy being there. The one miss? The margaritas. I've worked my way through every flavor, and unfortunately the base tastes suspiciously like Safeway syrup. For a place that does food this well, the cocktails feel like an afterthought. They do have a beautiful patio that's perfect when the weather cooperates, and if you're a nacho-and-cocktail type (same), I strongly recommend ordering a mojito with fresh fruit. Be sure to ask for muddled fruit slices -- otherwise you'll likely get syrup again. It honestly takes just a few cubes of real fruit to completely elevate the drink, and at these prices, it feels like an obvious upgrade management should consider standard-which is why I docked them one star.

Ordered delivery with Uber Eats. $12 guacamole didn't…read morearrive, chips so over-fried they aren't worth eating, two burritos, rice and beans were cold so we had to microwave them. Microwave food we just spent $146 on. It was a fast cook and fast delivery - ordered at 5:05pm and delivered at 5:30pm (we live close and I watched the driver come straight to us). It should have at least been lukewarm, so I'm not sure what happened there. Worst part is, when I called and spoke with the manager on duty to ask about the missing item and mention the cold food, she was defensive and flippant, placing blame on the driver immediately while simultaneously talking down to me (re: the cold food), 'well that happens with delivery. We have no control over the driver'. As if I've never had food delivered. She said to take up the charge for the missing item with Uber Eats - 'That's how it works. There's nothing we can do'. Not even a sincere apology for the undelivered item- Masa's mistake. We have frequented Masa since they opened, with mostly good experiences, but I think we're done. There's just no excuse to be rude and dismissive to your paying customers. A little decorum could have gone a long way. 2 stars for the two out of six items that arrived as expected.
