I had this spot at work and I must say this is one of the best panini's I've ever had! They look slightly underwhelming but man are they good. I tried the buffalo chicken and the turkey and bacon sandwiches, both without cheese since I'm not a fan, and they were perfect! The bread was so crispy and toasty, and the meats were also great quality especially paired with the sauces. This food truck was in the rotation for our work food trucks. We get a lunch stipend to use so I thought I would take advantage of it this time and go try a few of their menu items. The menu items that caught my eye and I decided to order were the Prosciutto mini sandwich, Turk-cado mini sandwich and the chicken noodle soup. The chicken noodle soup was yummy but salty. If you do not like soup with a high sodium level, this is not for you. If you do like salty chicken noodle soups with egg noodles then you should order this next time. It is warm with good flavor and definitely will hit the spot on a cold day. It has a homey kind of feel and is mainly noodles with broth. Don't go into it expecting lots of veggies. The mini sandwiches were equally as good. I think the Turk-cado was probably my favorite by a little bit because of the creamy avocado. I also tasted the Reubini which was also good but probably my least favorite out of the 3. Overall I think that this is a good food truck and would definitely go back the next time I see it for lunch. read more

Husband and I shared 5 mini paninis from the Gourmini food truck. Folks running the truck were super nice and accommodated our request for no mayonnaise. Portion size was perfect; 2 paninis is satisfying, while 3 is great if you're extra hungry. The paninis themselves were delicious. I loved the bread they used; it had a nice crust and was toasted just enough for that extra bit of crunch. Our favorite flavors were roast beef and prosciutto. Found them at a farmers market at Juanita Beach. We ordered 3 sandwiches. The Buffalo chicken, the Turkado and the Caprese. All very good but this truck left us a bit confused. First off the Buffalo Chicken. Where does the buffalo come in? I fully expected there to be pieces of chicken and buffalo sauce like you would find on a chicken wing. Nope. Nothing. It may have been slightly flavored chicken you might find at the deli counter at Safeway or Freddie's. But not enough flavor to give you a unique experience. So that was very disappointing. And it's not that this sandwich is bad, not at all! But it's kind of like when you go to take a sip of some Sprite only to be slapped in the mouth with plain old water. It's just not what you expected. The Turkado was probably the best. Very tasty. But again confusion came in with the word "mini" in the name of their truck. Not knowing a thing about this truck, we assumed they would be similar to sliders, maybe sandwiches on a small hawaiiain roll or something. These aren't even that mini but more like small/half sandwiches. All for a really good price though so we can't be mad at that. These are all nit picky things that were glaringly obvious to us but don't let that stop you from trying this truck. It's tasty, cheap and I bet they will take feedback proactively and only become better at their craft. I think next time I will try their Rueben and I hope they explore more creations. read more

Interesting concept of catering to the modern indecisiveness and the fear of missing out. There are five mini sandwiches and two salads on the menu. You can choose 2 or 3 or 4 minis ranging from $6.99 to $11.99 and add salad to any mini for $2.99. A full salad is $6.49. The decision the patrons have make is how minis does one want. I got the buffalo chicken and the prosciutto gourmini. Each mini is distinct and definitely has its own flavors. The prosciutto mini came with a drizzle of a green sauce (pesto?) and my coworker commented on how fragrant it is. The buffalo chicken mini definitely has some heat behind it. So while it didn't look like buffalo chicken, the flavors definitely came through. Overall a good business concept. I applaud the owner's creativity in pricing and the ability to keep things simple yet still deliver respectable tasting sandwiches can be executed in a timely manner. So I tried this food truck today at the Sunset North office complex. I ordered the spicy Italian sandwich. It was large with good quality and quantity ingredients, and a delicious flavor combination. There are two things that can be improved to make it an excellent sandwich: 1) Pepperoncini's were a bit chewy to the point where I had to pull a few pieces out of my mouth - not sure what can be done about this...2) Sandwiches need to left on the press longer. I was skeptical of this food truck. I'm glad I gave them a chance. They specialize in tiny sandwiches and encourage you to try a couple. Today I had a mini Reuben (about half a sandwich) and the kale/avocado salad combo. It was less than ten bucks. The sandwich was good. Quality meat and bread. About four good bites. The salad was terrific, and I don't love kale. It has tomatoes, feta and a lot of avocado and a very light vinaigrette dressing. Very healthy and very tasty. Like maybe the truck should be a Mini Cooper, or have a picture of one of the sandwiches with a dollar bill next to it for scaling. Granted, they aren't super expensive, but you should mention that you will not get full from eating one of these, you should probably order 2. When you take that into consideration, they become expensive. Now that that's out of the way. If you're gonna serve micro sized sandwiches, they better be the best thing I've ever tasted and not 3/4 mayo and bread. This truck really does a good job with their paninis. They just use cold cuts for the meat, but it is still really good. Don't be scared of the buffalo chicken. It sounds chintzy, but the chipotle aioli makes it right. The mayo is a little extreme. If that type of thing grosses you out, you should ask them to go light on it. read more

I decided to try this food truck as it was the only food truck that did not have a line. I figured I would just get an OK sandwich. I ordered the pick 2 with the Turkey Bacon Swiss + Buffalo Chicken. The sandwiches were amazing. I love the bread, it was flavorful and had a nice chew to it while having a crisp to it as well. The flavors of both sandwiches were great. I think I will ask for no tomatoes in the buffalo chicken next time - I did not like the texture and taste of the tomatoes since they were warmed up. Absolutely delicious! I ordered the 'duo' combo and got the Reuben sandwich and the kale salad. My Reuben was on really nice artisan bread (tasted like homemade to me!) and the kale salad was robust and very fresh. My partner had another sandwich (I can't remember which variety of sandwich) and a cup of soup and he was very happy with both. Our food was marvelous and the perfect size for the combo. Our wait time was less than 4 minutes for two orders and the mother/son staff was friendly and attentive. Discovered Gourmini's while at the awesome No Boat Brewing in Snoqualmie. I am not a "cold cuts" sort of guy, but I was blown away by these sandwiches - easily some of the best that I've ever had. I just loved how the layer of each ultra-fresh ingredient was carefully placed together to create a taste that was so smooth, but also had a bit of warmth and freshness to it. Hard to describe.
