We had this truck last night in Broadview. Every picture on this yelp is misleading. Those display nice ridges and high quality bread and decently thick sandwiches. What we got last night was not that. Store bought bread (e.g. Franz or Wonder), tiny and thin sandwiches, Costco or Sysco soup. They didn't seem to put much oil on the sandwich either and the cheese what quite light. We were thinking about making grilled cheese ourselves instead of going out to watch the game, and honestly what we would have accomplished at home would have been far better than this and not $13 or $15 a pop. The workers didn't seem to have a system for figuring out whose food was whose and had to ask what I ordered. Really, you have a truck for 8 years and can't come up with a numbering system or anything? No call out either. I won't be giving them another shot. read more

Sandwich was fine but not worth the $15 price tag, not including tax. I would recommend making these bigger or reducing the cost. Probably would not try this truck again. read more

Tasty sandwiches! I've had the Zesty Italian & the Pastrami. Think the Pastrami is my fav so far. Employees are quick, kind and clean. Great service, minimal wait time. It's been great having them at Swedish Issaquah throughout the summer! read more

I had The Panini Truck a few weeks ago when they were at Barnes & Noble in downtown Bellevue. I went with a group of people and a couple got the Zesty Italiano (pepperoni, prosciutto, provolone, pepperoncini peppers and marinara), and I got the special - a "Cuban B" (roast porchetta, black forest ham, dill pickles, swiss cheese, mayo, spicy brown mustard, on "Giuseppe bread). I really enjoyed mine, even though it didn't hit the normally bright, mustardy/pickley notes of a good Cubano. It was just different - richer, more buttery. The others raved about the Italiano, especially the pepperoncini peppers. Sandwiches were $9, which... for food trucks is reasonably priced. For Bellevue lunch, it's really well priced. For a panini in general, it's a little overpriced, but I can't complain too much. They also sold tomato soup, salads, chips, soda, and sparkling water. Oddly, they don't have Twitter... and their website locations section hasn't been updated since April... So, who knows what's going on with them. First time try their Pastrami Sandwich and it was very delicious. I enjoyed the crunchiness of the bread and the good amount flavor from the inside. The sauce was very good and it blended well with the Pastrami and sauerkraut. One thing is to never overload with one ingredient cus that is all you will taste in your meal. Then again I'm no expert, but I've notice from other Food truck tend to do this. However this sandwich you can taste everything. Well done guys and I will definitely be coming back. read more

Absolutely delicious sandwiches. Definitely give this truck a chance if you see it around. The ingredients were high quality and fresh, and the flavors were really well balanced. I would take a sandwich from this truck any day over all the restaurants in this area that charge twice as much for a lesser quality sandwich. Seriously, it's rare to get something this good at this price point these days. It's a good deal. The owner, Tim, was also really nice and made me feel like my business was valued. Not sure what's up with the reviewer saying he was mean, but it wasn't my experience at all. He was friendly and helpful to me and everyone else I saw him interacting with. TLDR: 5/5 on taste, value, and owner being cool. Definitely recommended. read more

3 1/2 stars. I had the pesto turkey panini. I would say it was pretty good! It had a nice crunch on the outside and the flavors of the turkey, cheese, pesto and tomatoes mixed well. It wasn't mind blowing by any means and it was a little pricy for what you get, but if you craving a sandwich and this is in the area it is worth a try. I think I will try something else next time, if I see this truck in the area. read more

Pretty good sandwich for what it is. Appreciate how compact it was, there wasn't much meat or sauce spilling everywhere. Chicken could use some more spice/flavor though. Only gripe is they've increased their prices 30% since 2018 while inflation has been 17% since then. $15 before tip for a sandwich, chips, and a soup isn't bad though. read more

Figured I'd give this food truck a try when they visited my employer. Sadly, my experience was mediocre. I ordered the grilled cheese with the tomato bisque--I figured I'd keep it simple and wanted some comfort food. I have to say, it smelled delicious! The grilled cheese has three kinds of cheese (American, Colby Jack, and Provolone) in it, and while it was appropriately gooey, it just seemed to look and taste more like processed Velveeta cheese. The tomato bisque was a little too much on the sweet side for me, and too thin/watery to strike the right dipping balance in its consistency. I want my tomato soup to grasp onto my grilled cheese with both hands, to burrow into the grooves and erupt in a flavor explosion in my mouth. But perhaps that's too much to ask. Lastly, the ordering experience also left something to be desired. No smiles, no warm conversation; it was a basic, dry transaction. That's not what I've come to expect in an area overflowing with friendly and engaging food truck owners/staff! read more

The owners/managers are unbelievably rude. We were interested in booking for a large event but after several exchanges with the company we opted to never book with them again.
