I had the grilled chicken salad which was shockingly delicious and fresh coming off a food truck. My husband had the burger and fries. The fries were well seasoned and thick. The burger was savory and delicious. The woman working at the food truck was so kind and they use a buzzer wait system so you can sit and relax knowing you'll be paged when your order is up! Definitely recommend!

And, well, my sons both have the facial fur thing going on, so the name got my attention as well! I stopped by for lunch today with one of my sons. We decided to order the Steak Wrap, the Murphy Chorizo Burrito, and an order of loaded Hash Rounds. Our food was ready in about 5 minutes! We brought it home to eat, but I have to tell you, the tantalizing aroma of all those spices and goodness was enough to make me want to rip open my box right there in the car! This is some of THE BEST food I've had anywhere in a long time! The grilled veggies (peppers & onions) were perfect-not too hard, not too soft (although personally I prefer mine a bit softer, I think the Bearded Chef has it just right, cooked to please almost anyone. The steak in my wrap was tender. Cheese oozed out of everything! My sons burrito was equally tasty with all sorts of flavors combining to make really an ultimate burrito. The Loaded Hash Rounds are plump fried mounds of potato (handmade) with chorizo sausage, cheese and topped with lime crema. Go to the Bearded Chef website Beardedchefbrunch.com or call 904-772-5976 to check out the hours as they can vary. And then go get you some AmAziNg grub at the Bearded Chef Food Truck!

For your company to blame the wedding coordinator for the drop off time frame and how it affected the quality of your food is unacceptable. This was the ONLY flaw at my daughter's wedding. My wife and I booked your company with the understanding that you offered an incredible Latin food experience and believe me it was far from that. The rice had no flavoring at all and and bland. The color of it was a shade of rice I have never im my life seen before (Soy Boricua, y eso ni se parece como algo que yo mismo perparo). I never knew arroz con gandules was made like that and could be that bad. The Tostones were the worst that I have ever had. If you know how to make tostones the right way, they would have been crispy, and yellowish texture and not looking like they were old (days old) and looked to be of the frozen kind and processed. Never knew reheating them makes them look aged. I've never seen dry Tostones and you should be ashamed as a so called chef. The pasta was dry and had little to sauce and looked horrible. The chicken, from my understanding and experience that was brought to my wife's attention was raw. I for one can tell you that your food had me in the bathroom numerous times after the wedding. Gracias. Smh. The pernil was debatable at best (Im happy to sell my recipe if you like because I know lor a fact that mine is way better than yours). For the money that was paid, the lack of quality and ownership on your part, I would never use your company or recommend to anyone that I know.

I saw the fried cod sandwich and target was acquired- but with some changes, no salsa (food allergy strikes again) and when I asked if he had tarter is sadly shook his head no. Food was ready before I knew it and I got to cutting up my pickles and stirring them into mayo. *side note- the plastic utensils were weak A minute later Debbie and I were digging into deliciousness. My cod was flaky goodness and Debbie really liked the bacon jam on her chicken. And- Big Rich Knows Jax was stickered on their food truck and we had just left an event where we saw him! But, beyond the expected hamburgers and a great selection of shakes, they have chicken 'n' waffles, fried shrimp, and other dishes. Everything is indeed fast food yet at the same time tastes homemade. My shrimp were good though a bit too salty for my liking, the waffle fries fine, the bread roll (really? not hushpuppies?) ok if weird to me to include in a seafood basket. Their house MotLee's Sauce is certainly the sauce to ask for, by the way. All in all, a good, economical choice for fast food plus to support something local and unique.
