It sat on a bed of yellow rice and i sauced it with salsa verde, sour cream, and cilantro sauce. With all those options, it had no choice but to be delicious. Alma Fusion is a definite recommend. We ordered cherry limeades and hotdogs and a sausage. The cherry limeades quenched our thirst. The hot dogs were delicious and served on yummy potato buns and quite the deal at 2/$10 and it includes a bag of chips. The sausage was huge! Condiments and toppings such as peppers, sauerkraut, onions, etc. in the center area all set up on ice to keep them fresh. We saw the smash burgers that someone else ordered and they looked so good. We ordered the samba plate, which allows you to pick any 3 meats, so we selected picanha (cooked rare), shrimp, and sausage. Unfortunately, the steak ended up being closer to well done by the time we made it back to the house, but I think that's just the cost of taking steak to-go, and not necessarily the fault of the restaurant or chef since it's natural for it to continue cooking inside of the styrofoam box. Temperature aside, the flavor and quality of the meat was great, and you receive a very generous portion for the price. Along with the samba plate, we ordered steak fries and empanadas. Although the steak fries were pretty plain.. basically just steak plopped on top of fries, they were delicious, especially with the creamy herb sauce that is served with them. The empanadas were ginormous, and I like that the dough almost flaky rather than being super thick. We were very pleased with Brazilicious and will definitely hit them up again next time!
