She taught us how to perform a variety of workouts while maintaining proper form, which we really needed help with! Throughout the week, Jessica would send really useful tips and motivational messages to help push us through the week. This was very much appreciated! She planned out our at-home workouts, which made working out at home that much easier. She taught us how to track our macros to figure out what we're putting into our bodies. This was very helpful in figuring out what types of foods to eat. Jessica was also very great with communicating with us and was always very accommodating with our ever-changing schedules. I found that my son would get home, and immediately plant himself in front of his computer or ipad, and do nothing but watch videos until I got home and had him do his homework. When he was done, back to the screen he would go. EVO provides a great dynamic environment for him to engage with other kids. They help him with his homework, and the TKD program is great for instilling discipline and perseverance. He's made friends, and while he still is a screen junkie, he is able to interact with more kids in a free form environment. It is a bit on the pricey side at $500/mo, but when you break it down to a daily or hourly rate, it's not terrible given the services offered.
