Today I had a sofa delivered to my apartmen. Dealing with the management setting up the move was seem less and the quote was reasonable. I requested the two guys who moved me before. The manager made sure they were available. So glad they were. Goran and his team were efficient, friendly, pleasant, charming and on time! So glad I discovered Perfect Moving. We were still able to drive to a shop since we have dual tires on the rear. It was 4:30 pm so I called a couple of shops and they told me they were closing soon so they couldn't help us. Got a hold of Cariata and they were also closing soon. Don told me to bring my RV by and he would have a few guys stay late to see if there was anything they could do to help. The building and units are bright and clean and very well-lighted. The cost of units was reasonable. The staff was helpful and friendly. Especially helpful was Joanne Zarnoch, who gave us great info and guided us in the process of moving goods from storage. Three and a half years from moving in, it was time for moving out. This process was very seamless and was my first time renting a dumpster. I wish they were going to be in the state I'm moving to because I would totally use them again and recommend them highly. The only thing that I really had a small issue with is the fact that they don't communicate a drop off or pickup time of the dumpster. So make sure you're specific with the times you would like it dropped off and picked up because I think they probably have set windows of time available but not positive on this. Other than that small issue, they were great and the driver/delivery guy was awesome, very nice and accommodating. He put the dumpster exactly where I wanted it.
