They can watch your child for up to 2.5 hours while you work out, which is incredibly valuable for parents and has made it much easier for me to take classes and exercise consistently. The outdoor pool area is another highlight, especially in the summer. The pool and water slide make it feel more like a family destination than just a gym. I've taken two strength-training classes so far, and both instructors and fellow members have been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. My biggest complaint is the family locker room. It can feel pretty chaotic, especially during busy times. There are only eight shower rooms, and they also serve as changing rooms, which creates bottlenecks for families trying to get in and out. Parking can also be a challenge. It's manageable now, but I suspect it will become even more difficult once the outdoor pool season is in full swing. Overall, if you're willing to pay a premium, you get a clean facility, great classes, excellent family amenities, and valuable child care. The parking and locker room situation could be improved, but so far the positives outweigh the negatives for me

I had wanted to try out this location for awhile and finally stopped in to workout. This location is amazing and is immaculate. I wish they had a pool or at least a lap lane for me to train in, then I'd be here daily and it would be my main LT. This location is clean, sparkly, not heavily trafficked and very convenient to get to. There is a full cafe with food, beverages and merchandise. There are weight machines, treadmills, bikes, massage chairs, personal trainers, private studios, classes and two hot tubs. There is also a salon. I can't wait to come back here!

He is by far the best trainer I have had in my many years of training. I have been a member for about three years. It has steadily gone down hill since then, most notably in past six months. There are no toilet seat covers in the ladies locker room. There are two hand dryers, one of which doesn't work. Several machines have signs that say "work in progress", I am not sure why it says in progress because it has been there for over two weeks. There used to always be toilet seat covers, I am not sure what has changed, I used to see a woman cleaning during the day and everything was in great shape when she was there. I don't see her anymore. I would like to recommend the gym to my friends who are interested in a gym. I would not do that now unless things change. I haven't tried the cryo and hydro therapy tables yet, but they look amazing and clean too! That's next on my list! Huge upgrade from my last gym. Getting the premium pass for only $20 more is worth every single penny! The caliber of this place makes the premium membership a deal of a lifetime. 10000 out of 10 will always recommend this place!
