Since I was young, I would get so insecure any time a fancy event came up, because I thought my scrawny body looked too swallowed up in 'em. Ozzy and Mr T went above and BEYOND to help us with our crazy requests on a short timeline. We went into the shop on a Monday after desperately calling around trying to find an all white suit in my husbands size for an event the same weekend. Ozzy helped us find the perfect style, had it tailored and customized with elbow patches (thanks to Mr T), steamed and ready to be picked up by Friday morning!!! We had been quoted a price by one of his employees and he did not even try to honor it. This company is so beyond Unprofessional, as well as Disrespectful, I went to the company and tried on a couple of suits as the man behind the counter showed me a Stacy Addams suit last Friday that I liked in which I was assured that he would have that suit and 2 others on Monday (today). Due to the fact that I have a Cruise coming up with some Military Brothers of mine, I gave him my $50 deposit and went back to work. Here it is Monday and I go to the store that man's no where in sight, it's another guy acting like he had no clue of what was going on. He asked me to show him my receipt in which I did and I texted it to the other guy so he would know who I was in which they responded that they don't orders suits on weekends after telling me in my face that not only that suit would there but 2 other suits as well, so now I have absolutely no time to get a suit, Extremely Poor business behavior, if I were you I would never shop here and embrace this sort of Dissapointment! read more

This place was the absolute worst. Came in for just one suit for my wedding. Owner Oswaldo said he would take care of everything. Granted I came in months in advance just to be sure. I heard "can you come back next week" multiple times. After waiting over two months and with my wedding less than two weeks away my suit still was not ready and Oswaldo had the audacity to tel me "your wedding isn't tomorrow" This is by far the worst business I have come across, oswaldo made things so much more stressful that they needed to be. I ended up not getting this suit that I waited months for and when I asked for a refund I was told "no" then I was told to come back the next day because he did not have the money. This store is also very unorganized with clothes and shoes everywhere. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I will never consider this place again. read more

The suites weren't ready when promised. Then they were delivered to me with stains. When I tried the finished pants on, the length was way to long. They drag on the floor while wearing mens dress shoes (oxfords), so I asked for it to get fixed, but I was given excuses. The waist and crotch wasn't brought in as agreed. I even paid for buttons to be added to the inside of the waist for suspenders and some of the buttons were missing. You can tell whoever did the work, did it in a hurry and without care. Your classic botch tailoring job. Never had issues like this when I bought from Jos A Banks. I tried to save money and ended up paying for it big time. Nice salesmans, friendly people, but they drop the ball where it counts. Disappointed. Won't be coming back. read more

I gave a deposit back in February and suit was in "New York" he said 2 weeks and I'll have it. I kept going in every 2 weeks until May and he got me a suit that I didn't pick. I replaced the buttons and he gave my lady attitude for not having the right ones because they were a tad big. He has zero communication skills. Won't call you at all to let you know anything about your order. He lost my receipt multiple times. The night I wore my suit 2 buttons from the coat fell off. And the vest ripped. I don't know how is business is still running but I don't recommend any business with him. You pay for what you get and I rather had taken my money else where. Store is messy and I well un attended. Let me start off by saying that I usually buy my guys' suits from your big names like Men's Warehouse, Sears, and sometimes something in the mall, but I'm really glad we took a chance and stopped off to check out GQ Men's Fashion. Not going to lie, I though this place would customize in tuxedos, weddings, quinces, and other formal events, but I couldn't be more wrong!! I'm really happy with the end results! We took the special of 3 suits, 3 shirts, and 3 ties for $300 and some change, depending on alterations. Whatever it is you need, I would highly recommend this place. My boys looked great in their Sunday's best and it's safe to say, I now have my go-to place for all their suits and other occasions. Great joint, very friendly help by Oswaldo, had a number of options in my "bargain hunter" price range that looked great, does the alterations in the back (did my pants in about a minute and a half), easily matched Men's Wearhouse's cheapest suit with something nicer. then made me an "offer I couldn't refuse" on a second one. Oswaldo knows his stuff, why do an impersonal "big box" store when you can support an independent business and have a much better experience! read more

We chose GQ Men's Fashion because we were told they had affordable prices... Well, you get what you pay for! We ordered a suit for prom 6 weeks early, first of all, they're very unorganized... They ordered the wrong jacket, the wrong vest and the wrong color. We had to go 4 times to pick the suit up! Once we finally got the suit (THE DAY BEFORE PROM) they gave us a box of shoes and it contained 2 left shoes, when we pointed out to them, every shoe in his size had mismatch shoes, they had to refund us for the shoes. So on the morning of prom, we're stressed and running around looking for dress shoes. They are completely incompetent and caused so much worry and stress. I HIGHLY recommend you don't ever shop here. Pay more and go somewhere else.... not to mention the cheap quality. Lesson learned! read more

The owner reassured us that he would have the suits on time and we wouldn't have to worry about anything. My ring bearer was suppose to wear the same color suit as the groomsmen and he said he could get it. The suit was a lighter grey so we went with black. When the best man went in to get his suit. He kept telling him he gained weight. In reality, he just ordered the wrong size twice. My husbands suit was not what was expected. He kept telling him he was going to look sharp and the suit looked cheap. I wouldn't recommend going here for a suit. The owner was all talk and no show. read more

I went to this store on Valentines Day to purchase my husband a Leisure suit. The Salesman was very helpful and polite. The prices were good and the quality was nice. Its hard to get Customer Service these day, but here I felt like they went above and beyond. My husband and the men of our wedding party went here to order their tux . Horrible experience ! They kept saying the order would be ready on a certain date and the day would come and it would not be ready . After postponing the pick up over and over again . When the day finally came that they had them they were super unorganized couldn't find half of the order .
