Of course, an inspection was needed and the technician, Rafa, agreed to an appointment time frame and did not disappoint. He was as punctual as promised and even confirmed before arrival. As he inspected the garage and listened to what I needed, he confirmed what I already suspected, that the garage springs needed replacement as they were several decades old and no longer strong enough to help lift the door. He did not surprise me by claiming other deficiencies, as I already knew there none. I found that to be refreshingly honest, so that was the start of my trust of his integrity.
