We had a great experience with Mike. Our gate track broke causing our gate fall off track. After putting gate back on track the opener stopped working at 6:00pm on a Sunday. The gate was stuck in the open position which made up very uneasy. We called Mike and he was able to come right away and showed up in less than an hour.
