They do not communicate. They claim they have low hourly prices but then have a minimum fee which is much higher then the time I needed, then they added mileage. They claim they help veterans at a discount. When asked about day/time they do not commit and ask the same questions over and over. They were rude when I asked if they would have a phone call and said it was too late at 6 pm. I waited for a reply to messages since 8 am that morning. They told me I wouldn't be able to find anyone cheaper and wished me luck in finding anyone who'd actually help. They are unprofessional and act entitled. read more

Single mom on a tight budget. These guys were AMAZING!! I didn't have to wait on a quote for days like other companies, I had one in minutes, and it was a real person I was dealing with, which is huge!! I had unexpected expenses come up right as I was getting ready to move and was scared I wasn't going to be able to afford movers but Aaron and his crew worked with me on the price, I can't thank you guys enough. These guys worked very hard moving our house BUT.. charged us over 3 times the amount quoted and damaged a lot of our furniture, walls and trim in our new house. They broke an end table and glass water/tea dispenser and didn't even tell us! When I sent a message to question things the so called "owner" was very rude and called me a liar. They didn't cover any of our furniture and so many things have scratches and gouges out of them it is ridiculous. I have paint on my leather couch due to them rubbing it on the walls. If you hire them I'm sure they will work hard but ...make sure they cover things and give you an accurate quote. He kept telling us how many hours but never once explained how much this was adding to the price! I explained maybe he should ask more questions or come out to the house to give an accurate quote. read more

I would normally write a great review. The guys were great and very polite. With that being said, I booked these guys because I needed to move. I paid a 50.00 deposit, which was fine and booked them for the 7th of December. A week before the move I received a txt from the owner stating we would have to do the 8th instead of the 7th. No big deal. I sent pictures of stuff in house to get a quote. I got a quote of 975.00 not bad was happy with that. So Sunday the 8th came around. They showed up an hour and half late. They didn't finish on Sunday because they don't work past 5 which was fine because they agreed to come back the next day. I paid over the original quote that day. Monday came around and they showed up on time. They told me they were done. Again I paid way over the original amount. Ended up making 7 extra loads my self with the F150 because not all our stuff was moved. They broke our new recliner, chipped both our kitchen tables, cracked a tv stand, scoffed our bed up. Scratched out new washer and dryer and missing 2 27inch totes. I contacted the owner several times with no response. I paid over 1500.00 the quote price for their mess up. Sill haven't heard from the owner. I reported them to the BBB along with all the pictures of the broken stuff. They could have at least responded to me and refunded one of the days. I wouldn't recommend. I get mistakes happen but that many just doesn't fly with me for what these people were paid. I got movers so I didn't have to move anything. read more

I am not even sure if this is a legitimate company because the more digging I do the less confident I am that they are an LLC. There is a company named Grab and Go , and this is who I thought I was dealing with. My fault that I didnt do more research on my end to figure out this before I used them. They are all over facebook advertising that they are the least expensive and are a quality and caring company. This is so far from being true it is laughable, BEWARE!! My first clue should have been when they drove up in a UHaul truck. Three men got out of the truck the oldest couldnt be more than 25, not that age has anything to do with being good at your job or not, but the one that appeared to be the oldest was in charge he seemed to have some experience but the other two were very inexperienced. They showed up a half hour late to begin with but they called to let me know which was good of them. Right off I asked them if the furniture could be situated in the truck so it would be unloaded first, the guy in charge said no problem. they began by loading my sofa I again asked if they would load the boxes first and they said no problem , two of them kept loading furniture and one kept loading boxes. What I didnt know was they were setting my boxes in the lobby of the apartment bldg. My fiance who was watching them on the truck end told me about this later. At one point they over loaded the elevator and it quit working for 40 minutes. They were the slowest moving movers I have ever seen , I was moved into my apartment the year before and it took those movers a little over two hours. it took these guy 3.5 hours just to load the 1 bedroom apartment into the truck. They left for the new apartment which is 4.5 miles down the street, they did not arrive for 45 minutes. they began unloading the truck , what a mess they had my belongings strewn all over in the lobby of the bldg and also on the landing for the elevator on my floor, they said so they could bring in furniture first. Well all in all the busted my antique vanity all the way down the side and scuffed the whole front of my entryway storage table. There were plastic totes that were crushed down I am assuming from the weight of whatever they had stacked on top of them. When all was said and done the guy in charge filled out an invoice and wanted to charge me over 1000.00 for 5.5 working hours! read more
