This is a quality spot to be proud of in the Spring area. Our first time there and the owner came out to speak with us. The hospitality and portion sizes are stellar and only overmatched by the quality of the food. This trip we had the vegetable enchiladas and the diablo tacos. I was looking at yelp for a great taco place. I saw grab n go tacos had a 4 star. One of the comment said best taco on this side of town. So I order 3 tacos 1 fajita 1 barbacoa 1 chicken and southwest eggrolls. Eggrolls taste nasty jack in the box eggrolls are better. The tacos had no seasoning on them and the barbacoa tacos wasn't barbacoa idk what type of meat it was so be careful when ordering that taco. One more thing I felt like I overpaid for some tacos. Don't expect the same old TexMex! This is a wonderful and fresh take on Mexican food. Large portions (you can easily share the trashcan nachos!) and everything is super fresh. We just tried the delivery here - the delivery was double the wait time - which I know is not great... However, we were very pleased with how they made up for the mistake. The owner came to deliver the food personally and gave it to us free of charge. This place will need several visits to take all in. We ordered the trash can nachos with steak fajita between the two of us and we couldn't finish! They were so good though. We also got one taco al pastor each which was one of the best I've had in Houston that wasn't from a food truck. I've not heard of the soda brand they serve there, but we tried a couple different ones and they were all great. It seems to be a family owed place, which makes the service that much better. Everything about this place deserves 5 stars. Clean restaurant. Their customer service is the best, Darren obviously stands out, really cares about everyone who walks in. I'm proud to say he knows I'm the margarita girl and will get one while I wait for my Togo order. I get the street tacos almost every time, bomb.com. But everything else I've tried is also great (taco salad, burritos, and even those wings!). If you haven't tried it yet, go grab some lunch. This place was ok. Not the best tacos, and the burrito was kind of plain. I got the steak fajita burrito and the meat could use more flavor! Being from California I'm used to more flavorful food! I also got a Mole taco and an Alpastor taco, and sadly they were soggy and falling apart. The people working there were super nice though! They are trying hard to make the place successful. All the meat had great flavor and those tacos were stuffed to the max! The manager/owner was wonderful...the manager came over and asked us how the complementary salsa dips were and we were honest in explaining it was watery and lacked flavor and he brought out a fresh salsa was was 100x better!
